We recently had an outstanding experience with BMW of McKinney and wanted to take the time to recognize Rostam Raffie and Danny Nguyen for how well they treated us throughout the entire process. We traded in two of our vehicles and purchased an SUV from them. Going into the transaction, we honestly did not expect BMW of McKinney to give us what they did for either of our trades. They were extremely fair with both vehicles, and there was none of the usual back and forth or games you sometimes expect when trading in a car. The purchase of our SUV was just as easy. Rostam and Danny made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. They were straightforward, professional, and easy to work with. Most importantly, at no point did we ever feel pressured or feel like they were trying to take advantage of us. Everything was explained clearly, the numbers were fair, and we felt comfortable with the deal we were making. What has impressed us even more is how they have treated us after the sale. There were a few items we wanted addressed on the SUV, and Rostam and Danny have continued to be responsive and helpful getting those things taken care of. To me, that says a lot about a dealership. It is easy to provide good service when you are trying to sell someone a vehicle. How you treat the customer after the paperwork is signed tells you much more about the people you are dealing with. We have bought and traded plenty of vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest and most enjoyable dealership experiences we have had. BMW of McKinney gave us very fair values on both of our trades, made purchasing our SUV simple and hassle free, and has continued to take care of us after the sale. If you are considering buying or trading a vehicle at BMW of McKinney, I highly recommend asking for Rostam Raffie and Danny Nguyen. 2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget.
