We were so impressed by Erick Bladek who helped us and was so helpful and low pressure. We did not go in thinking we would get a new car and we did. We were very appreciative of his style and professionalism.

The dealership contacted me and followed through on everything I asked and needed of them. Great overall experience.
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

it was just some presales questions and they were quick to reply and offered a lot of assistance.
2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Chicago Auto PlaceReviews
Chicago Auto Place review
I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

They were very fast and very good. They were able to locate the problem and fix it in under a day. They did have problems locating our vehicle because they had it listed under someone else's name, but they were amazing at rectifying the situation! We will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend this dealership! I worked with Vlad who was extremely professional and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. This kid knows his cars… The paperwork process was very quick also, I was in and out in less than two hours which was helpful being I had a 4 hour drive home. All their vehicles I looked at well waiting were incredibly clean! Josh the owner was a really nice guy too and Adam will make sure that you get the vehicle you want by getting you approved. If you’re in the market to buy this is the place to do it.

My name is Clad, I was a little skeptical in making the first call to inquire about the car I wanted since I was out of state. Then i thought of it that just give it a trial after all if don’t like what I hear I can end the call. I am so happy that it was Don Lyons that got back to me. He was very honest and professional from the start and was guiding me all through the process. The fact that he even went above and beyond to have someone pick me up from the airport was amazing and thoughtful. My buying experience was very easy as if I was buying from instate. He made the whole process easy, gave me a good deal on the car and also made the financing a breeze. I am very happy to do business with you guys and will recommend everyone I know looking for a car to you guys. Keep up the good work guys.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Range Rover Velar at Patrick BMW, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Eden Markham for making it all happen. Eden was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was handled smoothly and made me feel confident and taken care of from start to finish. The overall dealership experience was top notch, but Eden truly stood out and made it exceptional. If you're considering Patrick BMW, ask for Eden - you’ll be in great hands!

This was my second BMW purchase and it was a fantastic experience. Natalie Gibson and General Sales Manager Keith Svec streamlined the process once again to give me the best overall possible deal of my vehicle. They ensured the vehicle specifications were exactly as I ordered and made the process efficient. In working with this team over the last few years I see that they are really truly dedicated to the customer satisfaction experience. They are also very well-informed on the product and answer all questions thoroughly. I believe that they really want to make sure that the customer is truly valued not just in the deal on the vehicle but also the overall experience. Client retention is important these days and they are aware of that. I surpassed 6 BMW dealerships that are closer distance to me, in order to do business with this particular dealership.

My wife and I worked with Naomi. She was an excellent representative of the company, and handled all things seamlessly, and to our satisfaction. I would work with her again. Thank you, Naomi!

Great customer service and Bob was helpful but not pushy at all during the process. Great experience that was worth the lengthy drive. I would recommend!

Fields BMW of Northfield review
Coming from another dealer closer to home I had discovered Fields BMW in Northfield. Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. Ask for Carrie Shapiro, senior client advisor and she will take the upmost care of you! Everyone in the service department is pleasant to work with! In the past have worked with Jerry M., Ed P, and Chris Goodrich and they all take care of you with the same level of care.

I had an issue with my coolant that could not be identified when I went to another dealer. When I went to BMW Northfield, they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix everything really quickly. They were also very helpful!

CarMax Raleigh review
Taylor Lynch made my wife me feel comfortable when searching for a good used Honda. He did not attack us like wolves do in the brand name dealerships . He was Honest, professional, knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend Taylor Lynch and the Carmax on Glenwood Ave. to all of my friends and family. I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a car. No hassles, no pressure, just good honest to goodness salemanship.

CarMax Capital BoulevardReviews
CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
