I was visiting my son this week and decided to check out Gulf Coast Motor Works. I walked in and was greeted by a polite young man who asked if he could assist me. I told him I was just going to browse and take in the super cars etc… He said “no problem enjoy.” After looking at a fleet of beautiful vehicles I was getting ready to leave when an old man came in and said to the young salesman “how much will you give me for this car.” The car was an early 2000’s Chrysler convertible. Nice snap, low miles, but obviously not a vehicle that this dealership would specialize in. Nevertheless the young salesman asked him a few questions and then actually went outside and looked at a vehicle. The old man realized he was in the wrong type of car dealer and asked where he could sell his old car. The young salesman mentioned Carmax etc…. Then the other salesman came out and took some photos and spoke with the man. I have no idea if they were just entertaining him or possibly trying to help him sell his car? What I do know is that these two salesman did not ignore me when I came in nor did they blow off this old man with an obviously an expensive older vehicle. They demonstrated excellent customer service and if I were in the market for a high-end vehicle or supercar this is the first dealership I would go to based solely on how they treated me and the attention and respect they showed the customer. Congratulations guys you demonstrated what true salesmen ought to be. Good luck!
2016 BMW M4 review
IMO one of the most beautiful cars in and out. Has a stiff ride with great power. Many many control options from stereo to performance. Only drawback is not a lot of interior storage.

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

2018 BMW M4 review
Handling on a curvy road, acceleration on a straight stretch and the sounds of spooling turbos is a real adrenaline rush. This car was so much fun to drive I hate to see it go. Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

2024 BMW M4 review
Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.
