Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!

I brought in my 2014 BMW i3 for an in-warranty service as my dashboard was showing a malfunction with airbag module. I was promptly assisted, given a loaner as the diagnosis and service would take more than a day. I was given updates every day at 5pm on the status. Although the actual service took 4 days, it did not bother me because I had a loaner, and also becoz I was kept updated on the status all throughout. A couple of days after the servicing was over, I got a call from my service advisor (John) asking me how my car was doing. I really appreciate that !

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car has plenty of head room, and is very comfortable for cruising and long car rides. The trunk has space for up to three sets of golf clubs and the seats can fold down. The car under acceleration sounds like a Star Trek space ship once the turbos spool up.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

This car met all my needs from looks to performance. Individual M/// performance settings to 2 memory M/// buttons. Stage 2 Dinan signature Package as well. It's possess alot of power and speed. Surround sound of engine roaring inside more compared to the outside was one difference. More than worth their value!

I was an out-of-state buyer. I had found the car advertised online. My initial communications with Troy led me to feel comfortable enough for me to eventually travel to Cincinnati to check out the car which I eventually bought from them. From the beginning, they were very professional, courteous, forthcoming with all of the information and answers to my questions. Once the negotiations were done, they made the buying process so easy and fast. I went back a couple of days later to pick it up and the car was ready, detailed as they had promised. Overall, it was as good of an experience as one can have buying a car (especially out of state). I strongly recommend them. Both Andy and Troy were outstanding individuals.
Airbags didnt deploy major accident killed driver

How does a car full of airbags crash at high speed not one airbag deployed? Recalls show lots of airbag issues not this year but why just cuz they havent been forced to admit? Anyone else have airbag deploying issues with this car? I had to remove the machines keeping my brain dead fiance alive i can't help but think if airbags did their job he may be here still and iwouldn't be tramatized for life...

The thought of having to go to a big dealership and spend all day negotiating the price and financing makes me sick to my stomach. I've had to do that to many times. Vehicle Clearing House and Rick are nothing like that. I came in to look at a particular car they had advertised and within an hour I was driving off the lot. They showed me all the reports and took me for a test drive and explained everything about the car. I completed a credit app and had my financing done in 30 minutes with one of the many credit unions they do business with. They even did all the tag transfer stuff on spot. love these guys.

We bought our 2008 535i series BMW in November of 2007. Needless to say, I was in experiencing a really dark period in my life and was not interested in buying a new car. But we needed one so I went along. Well, Scott picked up on what I was going through and basically took me by the hand and gently lead us through the process. Scott gave us a great deal and we have been friends that talk maybe once a year or less but he always remembers me and that dark day that should have been a wonderful day of not only buying a new car but buying my first BMW. Scott is always sweet and helpful whenever I just need a dumb question answered and ALWAYS returns my calls. My daughter and son-in-law needed a car and I sent them to Scott and he treated them the same as he did me. Now it is 2018 and I still talk with Scott whenever and he is always happy to talk and catch up. Thank you Scott when I needed a friend in a dark time in my life!!! Love my car!!!!

Extremely fun car to own/drive. Had all the amenities you could imagine to give you extreme comfort and luxury, while pumping out 560hp and 500ftlbs of torque. Definitely the best car I've ever owned. It is important to note the one drawback to the car is that they use a lot of oil. Be prepared to keep putting oil in it about every 500-700 miles. It's just the way they are built is what they say.

These guys are great! I was looking for an Audi S3 and had the hardest time finding one in my own state. I was apprehensive about getting a car from another state but Carlos and Mike have been extremely accommodating. I wanted to get the car inspected at an Audi dealership and they were perfectly fine with taking it in for an inspection which is almost UNHEARD OF when it comes to car sales. Dealerships/sales people normally don't want to take the time to bring a car to get inspected but the guys at Roman Chariot didn't even hesitate. They worked with me on shipping prices and even matched quotes I got from third party shipping companies. I was in the market for an XJL. The one I was looking at sold before I could buy it. However Mark made me a great deal on a standard wheel base model. He was transparent, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I knew he was available for whatever I needed even after I made the purchase. I wasn't treated any differently being that I wasn't there buying a $100k car. That definitely happens at other high end dealerships. Five stars all around for this establishment. I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

Conflicted but comparing to our M6

M5 was a family car replacement for our M6 convertible - we were spoiled by that car and the M5 doesn't compare, first because it's a 8cylinder versus 10 and of course . . . the convertible. But otherwise, car is solid. Most of our issues with it were leftover problems from previous owners mishandling it and BMW not following through on the warranty. Good power, sound could be better and does drive a little heavy.
