Darren Wilkerson was our sales person at Niello and he was great. He made the car buying process an overall great experience by really listening to what we needed and delivering on that. He wasn't pushy, took time to explain some of the newer features, gave us a great test drive and in the end made sure we got the car we wanted. Simply put, I plan to buy from Darren and Niello again and recommend others do too.

Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

Regular dealerships blow. Go to carmax. Their motto says it all.

So reliable and fun to drive, even in snow. I’m tall and seats are comfy, even in rear. Very versatile with good cargo space. Love the kick-to-open rear door. Mileage is around 28 mpg, it requires premium fuel. It drives a little sluggish when not in Sport mode.

Im glad BMW came out with x1, sometimes customers want to drive a nice looking car and settle for models that end up having major issues and the 100k “warranty” promised it’s just a selling features that never works Becuase every time you take your car “nothing it’s wrong” The BMW has been a great addition to the family; drives great and feels very solid. We love it!
