My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.
I shopped online for for a certified used BMW for several weeks. I found a car I was interested in and went to BMW Northwest to see the car. I was outside looking and Larry came out and introduced himself, asked if I had any questions about the car and if I wanted a test drive. After looking at the car I decided not to buy it, Larry gave me his card and thanked me for looking. A few weeks later I found another car online at BMW Northwest, went in to see it and Larry came out again, remembered my name, what I was looking for, and we went on a test drive. I ended up buying the car and I love it.
This is the second used BMW I have purchased from BMW Northwest and I won't buy a BMW from anyone else. Every employee is a professional and their customer service is unmatched. Larry Williams is THE BEST person to work with! No pressure, just a very patient, personable, informative, professional!
From a person who has an adverse reaction to car shopping. It was a smart smooth professional transaction from the Initial email contact exchange with great follow up to setting up an appointment for a test drive, meeting us at the dealership, being 100% available on short notice on a Sunday. This is our third BMW. The last one was purchased at this dealership as well. We have never had a bad experience at BMW Northwest. And the sales staff have been there for a long time not a lot of turnover which speaks volumes about the leader ship and the owners of this dealership. No nonsense no BS, no pressure. We fully intend to purchase our next vehicle at the dealership. I would highly recommend Mark Rauschert. BMW northwest customer service were given Nordstroms a run for their money. Too bad they don’t sell luxury shoes and handbags.

Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
Michael was hands down the most professional, experienced, patient, and understanding sales person with which we interacted during our search for my wife's dream car. We visited almost every BMW dealership in the greater Seattle area and Michael was the best. Highly recommend. We will be back.

My car was overheating on my way to work, and I managed to get to BMW Bellevue. They got my car into the service line, quickly diagnosed and discussed my options, and repaired effectively at a fair price. Recommended.
We always are well taken care of by Matt. It has made us want to continue driving BMWs. The car that was serviced is our first BMW and we recently bought an X5 from Seattle BMW. Unfortunately the service experience was not stellar so we plan to have the X5 serviced in Bellevue, with Matt as our service rep.
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
The entire buying experience was unlike any car buying experience I've ever had! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and accommodating! I called to ask about an SUV I had seen on Cars.com and Mark went out and took pictures of it and texted them to me. He then had it ready for me when I arrived to test drive it. They let me take it for a test drive by myself (!) which is so awesome, because I wasn't all nervous about someone watching me drive. I came back and talked with the financial people. I made a reasonable lower offer and they agreed to it. There were some scratches under the door handles and they buffed them out. The final meeting with the financial gentleman took like 15 minutes. No hard sell on buying a warranty or anything like that. The best/easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Classy guys!
