Budget Motors review
Marshall at Budget Motors in Reno, Nevada was GREAT to work with! He let both my wife and me test drive the beautiful 2010 BMW 328i X-drive, answered our questions, we agreed on a fair price, and Marshall handled all the paperwork. He was super pleasant and made this exceptional buying experience a really pleasant one. We've had the car for two weeks and it's in perfect condition. Thank you, Budget Motors and Marshall!

Motorwerks BMWReviews
Motorwerks BMW review
Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.
2016 BMW X3 review
The most practical car we ever bought, combination of luxury and performance is the best we ever had. The X3 has great traction for winter and the 6 cylinder turbo has plenty of power and super smooth even in comfort mode.

I-Deal CarsReviews
I-Deal Cars review
I don’t even know where to start, my experience with this location of Ideal was… IDEAL! I’m out of state Buyer, and they were so incredibly helpful with the orchestration of me purchasing a Eurovan from them. I was able to interact quite a bit with each member of their company and everyone was so incredibly helpful and patient and did everything they could to make sure it was a smooth process. I was incredibly nervous being this far away as I’ve never purchased a vehicle without seeing it in person, and their professionalism and assistance made all of my anxiety go away. The van arrived to me super clean, and drives perfectly. They were polite and even fun to deal with, and even followed up after the purchase to make sure that it arrived, even though I used my own carrier to have it delivered. If you’re considering using them for your next purchase, I highly highly highly recommend them! Thanks again SO much, guys and gals :)

Hendersonville Auto BrokersReviews
Hendersonville Auto Brokers review
I have now purchased (2) vehicles from Rick Shaffer (Owner) of Hendersonville Auto Brokers. From both of my experiences RICK IS A STAND UP GUY: PERIOD! I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL 550 back in June of 2022. Loved it, great car. After owning it for a couple of days I noticed that one of the eyebrow lights on the headlight wasn't working. Since I had purchased the car "as-is" with no "we owe" or anything else I called Rick asking if he knew someone that could replace it AT MY EXPENSE and that I understood that my purchase was "AS-IS". To my surprise and delight Rick said that it WAS NOT ON ME and to bring the car in and he would get the light replaced. Not a cheap or easy fix as the whole front fascia of the car has to be removed in order the replace the headlight. He provided me a loaner car while the light was replaced; again GREAT GUY. I know this is long but just before Christmas this year my step sons car threw a rod. $11,000 repair bill to replace the engine was not an option on his 2011 Hyundia Sante Fe. I thought we would take a look at what Rick had available. My step son found a 2015 KIA Soul and Rick made us a great deal on it. The car did have an open re-call from KIA which Rick (again) took care of and (again) provided a loaner car while this was done. Did I mention that he came in on Christmas Eve, Eve to meet us and make the whole thing possible? He did. GREAT GUY, GREAT DEALERSHIP. Rick is a man of integrity. I will recommend his dealership all day, everyday. Very rare in today's world.

Vehicle being sold as-is, dealer won't check engine codes and won't help with shipping. At least the salesman was honest enough to not recommend the purchase sight unseen. But it took over a week to get answers, and they never answered me on out the door cost.

International Autohaus review
I recently purchased a preowned car and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Drew and his team were incredibly transparent, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the car’s history. They made sure everything was in top shape before handing over the keys, which gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. It’s rare to find such honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction. I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to buy a used vehicle!
2016 BMW X3 review
I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

BMW of Roseville review
I had such an amazing experience leasing my new BMW, and I can?t say enough great things about Shaun! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. What really stood out to me was his exceptional customer service. He was patient, transparent, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. It?s rare to find someone who makes the car-buying experience this easy and enjoyable! I absolutely love my new BMW, and Shaun played a huge part in making the experience so memorable. If you?re in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Shaun! You won?t be disappointed. I?ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! ??
