VML Motors Quality Pre-OwnedReviews
VML Motors Quality Pre-Owned review
If you're in the market for a reliable BMW, look no further than VML Motors — and ask for Mike. From the very first conversation, we built a great rapport. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, sharing detailed photos and videos of the car before I even set foot on the lot. The whole buying experience was seamless, and I drove the car home almost the same day. During the paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike's parents — and they were just as wonderful as he is. Two of the most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. It's easy to see where Mike gets it from. They've raised a truly blessed family, and I wish them nothing but the best and endless prosperity. What really sets Mike apart, though, is what happened after the sale. He stayed in touch, checked in on how the car was doing, and when I mentioned some steering wheel vibration — likely an alignment or tire balance issue — he offered to cover the cost of fixing it without hesitation. That kind of generosity is rare in this industry, and it speaks volumes about his character. Most dealerships move on the moment the deal is signed. Mike genuinely cares about his customers long after the paperwork is done. When I'm ready for my next BMW, I already know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling.

I bought a Lamborghini Urus from them. I had been searching the market for a long time and found that this dealership was quite receptive to luxury cars, and had many Urus models to choose from. They helped me select one with a high configuration and excellent condition. Thank you space Auto！
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

BMW of Ramsey review
I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

BMW Of Springfield review
BMW of Springfield staff were great to work with and made the whole process easy. Our salesman Hunter was super knowledgeable on everything BMW and super kind. Big thanks to Luke as well!
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from John Bowler. He and Carmine Lofaro (Finance) were great. This is a small dealership but they were not pushy or anxious to sell me. In fact, this was the first out of eight dealerships I visited. Came full circle and happy that I did. As you might expect, out of eight regional dealerships, some felt more like your stereotypical dealership than others. DeCozen and a couple of others were class acts. In retrospect, I realize that the initial deal DeCozen offered was aggressive to get my business. None of the other dealerships matched DeCozen's initial offer. Granted, there is no much financial wiggle room on Wranglers. But DeCozen didn't change their initial offer after I committed as I have experienced before. They delivered as promised and didn't try to take me out of the market prematurely. I love the vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting DeCozen if you are in the market.

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Talked to Stephanie on the phone and through text. She was able to give me all the info I needed and was very friendly. Called a few days later to pay the shipping fee up front to order my new truck.
