He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.
Pranav Gill and the staff at HC Sudbury were a pleasure to work with. They helped me find the car of my dreams without going above my price point. Their sense of humours are also on point. Robert was great from the appointment making to the car being in to service. I was updated several times with updates and pick up time . I was goven a loaner car and it was the easiest service visit ever . Dropped it off and picked it up with nothing I was not notified about and the quality of everything was top quality. Robert followed up with me several times via text and email to make sure I loved the work and my car . I can???t rave more about the team at Herp Chambers! They are great!
Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

We recently purchased a used non-BMW vehicle from the dealership. The price was very good. Our sales person was less than enthusiastic. I didn't expect him to know about all of the features and functions of a non-BMW vehicle, but I thought he might attempt find some of the answers.
Once we agreed on a price and trade. The purchase was going to be a cash transaction. We waited for almost forty minutes to see the business/finance person to complete the paperwork. Our sales person explained that the delay was due to computer problems. We arranged to pick up the vehicle three days later. We were told that the vehicle would be ready, we would be able to drop off our check and go.
We arrived to pick up our new vehicle at an agreed time. When we arrived our sales person went over the final numbers and put the license plates on the car. We then waited for another thirty minutes for the finance person.
The dealership was nice, the staff was friendly, we got a fair deal on a good car.
I purchased a slightly used 2018 Giulia which had exactly the options I was looking for. Being out of state the process took a little long but overall got it done without major setbacks. Once at the dealership it only took an hour to be on the road. Car had some blemishes that obviously were not advertised and wasn’t cleaned properly inside or out but since I had a 15 hour drive back I wasn’t too concerned. Overall I would recommend them but expect to detail your own car.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!
Staff here are friendly and polite. Quick email response. Every one seems very professional and always ready to help. I tested drive the X5 and ended up buying one. Ed is patient and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for my next bmw.
On my way out of town and called Dan Drinkwater to see if he could fit me in because my tire pressure light had come on for the third time in 10 Days. He had me come in first thing the next morning and had me in and out of there in time for me to make my trip to Rhode Island that morning. He was responsive, curtious, helpful and most of all quick. He has consistently taken great care of me over the years with honest and timely service.
They had the exact car we were looking for and the price was great. They made the whole sale process easy and quick. Dealership is new and clean with a great waiting area. And when we picked the car up it was spotless.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I have been looking for a particular pre owned car for two months. Mostly big franchise new car dealers who also sell used vehicles. I was somewhat hesitant to look at vehicles from a pre owned only dealer. I had no real reason just my incorrect way of thinking. Automax of Attleboro was a pleasant surprise. Great inventory and some very fair pricing. They had the car I wanted and priced it where I needed to be and were also fair on my trade. Leo did a great job and was honest. Robert in finance is right out of central casting and got he job done for me. Very good experience and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle.
My initial experience in purchasing a used vehicle [truck] was excellent. It was not a high pressure sale......which was refreshing. Considering the overall experience, every aspect was professional and fair.
After an exhausting 3 month search for a vehicle AND a dealer willing to work with my situation I finally found the one and only place that did it all for me plus more.
Jeff and Daniel worked with me and my terrible credit and was willing to take my old vehicle in for trade. Mind you I've already been to many multiple dealers over the last few months and no one was willing to even remotely work with my situation. Jeff found a bank that was willing to get me a loan at a rate that I was amazingly surprised with. Not only did he manage to get me a loan at a great rate but Daniel was also willing to take my old vehicle (a very uncommon niche market car) and gave me a fair price for it.
At the time of this review I have not yet taken delivery of my SUV yet, I will update my review in a few months to add in details of this.
First time experience with Medway Auto was such a great encounter especially with Robert Hurley the Sales Rep. Overall experience with them is exceptional. The Service Department also did very good job on my car. A big thank you to you all.
