Always great service and very professional. Explains what?s needed very well. I have been a customer for 8 years now and I am always pleased.
2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

"I had a fantastic experience selling my used car here, largely thanks to Lonnie Patton. From the moment I walked in, there was zero high-pressure sales tactics. They listened to what I wanted in my 2019 Ford Escape and annswed all my questions honestly, and kept the negotiation process quick and transparent. The final price matched what we discussed online with no surprise add-ons. If you are shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Lonnie Patton, he’ll help you out.

2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown review
I have been purchasing vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown for almost eight years, and there is a reason I continue to come back. The level of service has consistently been impeccable from sales to financing and, most importantly, long after the purchase. I especially want to recognize Sarah in the Service Department. She is always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Having someone you trust when your vehicle needs service makes such a difference, and Sarah represents exactly the kind of customer care that has kept me loyal to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown all these years. From buying the car to financing it to keeping it on the road, I have consistently had a wonderful experience. Eight years later, they continue to earn my business and my recommendation. Five stars!

CAG - Austin INFINITI review
I brought my car in for a routine oil, change and left with so much more. My experience from start to finish was great starting with Ruben my advisor. He got me situated in the waiting area where I was able to enjoy some coffee and take a work meeting. By the time my service was done they had cleaned my car, filled a tire with air that needed it, and recommended some services to me. I always enjoy my experience at this location. Highly recommended.

Howdy HondaReviews
Howdy Honda review
My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.
2020 BMW X3 review
The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Thomas In services Department showed me great customer service and I truly do appreciate him for getting my car back working he is the best
2021 BMW X3 review
I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Here's links to my issues with the car they sold me! https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-Bill.pdf https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-1.mp4 If I don't get a check by the end of the month, a lawyer friend told me it's a slam dunk in small claims count.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

BMW of South Austin review
My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish. I'm usually someone who specs exactly what I want and factory orders it. When we discovered the 2026 order banks were already closed, I had written off the process and planned to wait for the 2027 models. Instead, Michael McKenery put in the extra work to locate nearly the exact spec I wanted within the dealer network. He reached back out, walked me through the single option I'd have to compromise on, and we put together a deal. The rest of the purchase was completely seamless, with zero pushy add-on tactics in the finance office. Overall, Michael and the team genuinely care about customer satisfaction and getting you into the right car.
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

BMW of South Austin review
Outstanding experience at Hendrick BMW of South Austin! I recently purchased a BMW here, and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, Michael McKenery was absolutely awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we found the right fit. He even followed up after the sale to make sure we were loving the car, which says a lot about how much he cares about his customers. The entire dealership was professional, welcoming, and easy to work with. Honestly, it’s one of the best dealerships I’ve done business with. If you’re in the Austin area and looking for a BMW, ask for Michael. You won’t be disappointed!
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

Very happy with our purchase. Sam was helpful and sat with us answering all our questions. We actually came for another car but ending up getting something bigger. He went through all of his car with us and Turned out to be exactly what we needed. Ask for Sam when stopping by. He is the best.
2014 BMW X3 review
This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

BMW of South Austin review
Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.
