I was wanting to trade my Harley and current late model car. I shopped weeks looking at 3 different competing car brands/models, all with comparable equipment and capabilities and consider myself an "educated" car buyer. Winslow BMW and Bob Evans, my sales rep, made the process comfortable and easy. The decision to purchase from Winslow BMW was simple, they WANTED my business!! They took an active role in finding me a FAIR trade value for my motorcycle - unlike the other dealers. They returned phone calls, emails, and texts promptly and even took a proactive approach to communicate without me feeling harassed or bothered, just a good balance of two-way communication - not so with the other dealers. They were willing to make an appropriate deal collectively without either of us feeling taken advantage of - Can't say the same about the others! All in all, I'm a satisfied consumer and fan of Winslow BMW. Making a purchase, especially one that tickles so many emotions, shouldn't be a head or heartache! Kudo's Winslow BMW, Neil and Bob for making this neither, but simply, a pleasure!!
