I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Golf TDi which I first saw on Ebay. I live out of state and had this car shipped to me. It was EXACTLY as described and has ZERO issues. Chris A & Ana did everything I asked for before and even after my purchase. I asked for a few specific tasks to be completed after the purchase and Ana did an awesome job at getting things done. Communication was awesome and most importantly the car is too. I got the car serviced and checked at the VW dealer and they found the car to be perfect as well. When I lived in Winston Salem. It looks like before I relocated to Cary in July, my brake pads that were put on by flow in June were placed on some not so good front rotors. Well fast forward to now and my car feels like a rocket ship when braking. Increased vibration and shaking. Took it to the local BMW in my new city and they told me to call flow. Spoke with the service manager and my car was repaired the next day and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you flow for sticking by your slogan of providing quality and honest car services.
My experience with Crown BMW in Greensboro is nothing short of spectacular. Marty Shelton responded to my online query about my car within less than a hour. He had all the information ready when he called. Once I made my decision to visit the dealership, he was very flexible considering my difficult schedule. When I arrived the car was ready for me. The rest of sale was super easy. Marty took care of all my concerns without ???back and forth??? with the sales team. The story truly does not stop there. Once the car had been delivered, Marty contacted me to make sure everything had been taken care of and that if I had any issues to make sure he knew. My wife and I contacted Flow BMW because they were one of the few BMW dealers that had a 3 series Sports Wagon to test drive. When we arrived the car was prepped and ready to go. Our salesperson, Larry Harris, searched the entire country but there were no cars with the options that we wanted. Tiffanie Bishop, the sales manager, found every rebate and discount available and since we were not in a rush, decided to order a car from the factory. They warned us that it could take awhile since BMW was in the middle of switching model years from 2018 to 2019. That was the end of April. We received the car (a 2019 model) at the end of September. Larry kept us up to date the entire 5 months and I would have to say that this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had in the past 50 years. Everyone at Flow was helpful and professional and we ended up with exactly the car we wanted.
We took delivery of a new X1 yesterday and want to commend Jim Brown on making our buying experience a pleasurable one. His style is low keyed which is refreshing but he is patient, diligent and thorough. He makes you feel that you are in a trusted environment and not in a high pressure sales encounter. Thanks Jim!
