I inquired with J&M on a Lincoln. Michael was easy to work with, the fixed price model makes the process easy. I reserved the car with a small deposit, then changed my mind and I was refunded within 24 hours of asking. Clear communication all the way through and good service. Didn't do business but would still recommend them

2016 BMW X4 review
I recently picked up my 2016 x4 xdrive28i and it's a perfect match for me. Alpine white with mocha brown interior with orange stitching. Premium package, cold weather package, comfort package, x line package, and the best looking set of 19" rims and run flats I've seen. Now it's built on the x3 platform, but it feels more like a cross between an x3 and a 5 series. Nice and roomy. The 4 driving modes-comfort, eco pro, sport and sport+ are all awesome. What's really cool is the eco pro mode in the navigation. Paddle shifting is fun, and while mine didn't come with heads up display, seeing directions in the middle of the gauges is just as good. Having upgraded from a 2014 x1, I was initially concerned about storage space as it's slightly less, but it's plenty functional. 2 sets of golf clubs fit in there easily without having to lay the back seats down. Good gas mileage was a must as I commute 50 miles 1 way, no complaints there. The high ground clearance is nice as well. Very comfortable for long rides.

The X4 handles beautifully - like a sports car only higher off the ground. Interior design is very well done. My camel leather seats look fantastic. Overall quality is excellent as well.

Richard's Motorcars review
I just puchased a pristine vehicle from Richards' Motorcars. Tom and Joe made the entire process seamless, a rareity, since I have only dealt with larger dealerships. Their communication, one on one time, and overall car selection was top notch. I cannot be happier with my purchase and experience and will not hesitate recommending to friends/family. Thank you, Tom!

Lone Star AutoReviews
Lone Star Auto review
First time buying from this dealership back in June. Once we got there, was immediately asked if we needed help looking or had any questions. If we wanted to test drive to let them know. But we are more independent on looking. You've got to really check each vehicle and kind of know what you want, but the staff was amazing. The place sells used vehicles, not new. You need to do your own due diligence inspecting the vehicle before agreeing on the sale. We looked at several vehicles and found one to buy. Walk into the office if you're interested in buying. Our experience was fun that day checking out each vehicle we looked into. I love it! I would totally go back when I came afford to. Also, very professional and patient on handling the title work.

It is a great car but has one major flaw. The rearview mirror doesn't move up or down to accommodate a taller or shorter driver. It creates a huge blind spot for taller drivers.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.
