I purchased my BMW at BMW of Delray Beach and have been super pleased with the service - from building the car to delivery - and now the actual service. Upon entry to the service bay I was greeted by associates who directed me to the waiting area and checked me in. It is a comfortable waiting area with a fully stocked coffee bar, wide seats, and plenty of outlets. My service manager, Jason Trask, was super professional, friendly, and polite. He explained what would be happening, the costs associated, and the time expectations. When additional needs arose, he sought me out, reviewed, and immediately had the paperwork ready to move forward. The video showed damage to my tire that would require replacement; the service person was super kind and walked me over (and back) to show me what he had video'd as I could only partially see through the large glass wall. Jason then spoke to him, came to retrieve me, and was knowledgeable and genuine, providing information in a respectful, service-oriented manner, resetting my expectations for the timeframe, and handling what was necessary. I live very close to a competitive BMW dealership and service center - and pass at least one other one - on my way to BMW of Delray Beach. I must say, the professionals make it worth it ALL DAY LONG.
2021 BMW X4 review
Excellent driving experience. Safety features exceptional. Heads up display very useful. Body style super. Red metallic paint very attractive. Visibility with all the cameras a serious plus.

2019 BMW X4 review
A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.
