I recently purchased a car from these guys, and it was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Alex was an incredible help throughout the entire process. Since I was buying from out of state, communication was my biggest priority, and they didn't miss a beat—they answered every phone call and addressed every question I had without any issues. The car is fantastic, and I would 1,000% do business with them again. Highly recommended this dealer! So easy to work with and one of the last honest and loyal dealers out there.

Just purchased a 2021 BMW X5 with a trade-in of 2020 X3. I've been dealing with BMW of Ocala for a few years now and can only have the best to say about BMW of Ocala. Excellent people with special thanks to our sales rep, Christina Gangapersaud, and James Jupiter, Sales Manager. Treated extremely well, so friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to all for a great experience and this beautiful car.

2021 BMW X5 review
I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

CarMax East HavenReviews
CarMax East Haven review
Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????

This is my 4th BMW. Love these cars. This one I have now is really a different car. The design and looks inside looks like a piece of art. The color is new. I love it. Manhattan Green.

Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of RaynhamReviews
Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Raynham review
If you’re looking for a dealership that truly puts the customer first, look no further than Central Dodge Jeep Ram! From the moment I walked through the door, the entire experience was outstanding. My salesperson, Mike, was knowledgeable, honest, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, listened to what I was looking for, and made the entire buying process enjoyable and stress-free. When it came time for the paperwork, Alex in finance made what is usually the most dreaded part of buying a vehicle incredibly easy. He explained everything clearly, found the best options for my situation, and had me in and out without any surprises. A special thank you also goes to Madam Ambassador, the Service Manager. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes tremendous pride in making sure everyone is treated with respect and leaves satisfied. Knowing the service department is led by someone with that level of professionalism and dedication gives me complete confidence that I’ll be well taken care of long after the sale. It’s rare to find a dealership where every department works together so seamlessly, but Central Dodge Jeep Ram has built an incredible team. Honest people, exceptional customer service, and a genuinely enjoyable buying experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Central Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Land Rover Warwick review
I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. We actually laughed and had fun buying a car! Thanks also to Dan who did a great job explaining the paperwork and registration process. It went very smooth. I don’t usually do reviews, but this team did such a great job you shoud know it. Thanks again and look forward to doing business for years to come!
