We love the transparency and professionalism of Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. They are truly a team of caring professionals who are willing to help you find the right car?not just push to make a sale. From my interactions with Business Development Manager Marjorie Jimenez and Finance Director Shawna David to Product Concierge Terrance Thomas, the entire experience was wonderful. As first-time Mercedes-Benz owners, we especially appreciated how seamless and comfortable they made the whole process. Thank you so much to the entire team for the exceptional service, seamless experience, and smooth transaction. We are very happy with our first Mercedes-Benz purchase!

Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. She’s very kind and personable. Many thanks

Steel ChariotReviews
Steel Chariot review
I purchased a 2024 Mercedes G Wagon 63 AMG from Steel Chariot in January 2025, and the entire experience was fantastic. Nima, the owner, personally helped me with the purchase and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and transparent. The dealership had a great selection of high-end cars—plenty of impressive options to choose from. The customer service was top-tier, and I never felt rushed or pressured. If you're looking for a luxury vehicle and want to deal with honest, helpful people, I highly recommend Steel Chariot. Thanks again, Nima and the team, for helping me find my dream car!

2021 BMW X5 review
I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

2021 BMW X5 review
Just purchased a 2021 BMW X5 with a trade-in of 2020 X3. I've been dealing with BMW of Ocala for a few years now and can only have the best to say about BMW of Ocala. Excellent people with special thanks to our sales rep, Christina Gangapersaud, and James Jupiter, Sales Manager. Treated extremely well, so friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to all for a great experience and this beautiful car.

I had a great experience purchasing my used 2023 Tesla Y from Lumin Fisker! I worked with Alexandria who was very helpful in selecting this vehicle and answering all my questions. She really wanted to make sure I got the right vehicle for me even if I had to go to another dealer. In the end, the Tesla was the perfect car at a perfect price! Pete even found that he could beat my banks financing rate and so I got the car at even a lower monthly payment amount! Way to go Lumin! They were really nice to work with (not pushy) and made the transaction a very pleasant purchase experience. I will be back when I need my next car!
