I visited BMW of Norwood to have my car serviced. I was left speechless with the professionalism and respect I received. I have been to four other BWW dealerships for service in the past. They by far beat all my expectations. I will go back to the dealership again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much

2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Ira Toyota of Danvers review
Excellent service, expensive as heck, but you get what you pay for. Serviced my Highlander with 143K, needed lots of work along with some residual problems other service places could not fix. IRA Toyota did the job well, a bit of delay in getting car back and not great on providing updates, but otherwise very excellent, hence the 4 and not 5 overall rating.

BMW of Newport review
I contact this dealership regarding a 2012 BMW X5. They actually drove it down to their Johnston Honda dealership for me to have a look and take it for a test drive. I truly appreciated this as I did not have time to make the trip to Newport.

I ended up not purchasing the car, but the salesman and general manager did a great job. The numbers just didn't work for me, but they tried hard!

Great vehicle and 30 mph on electric cannot be beaten. Haven't brought over $50 dollars in gas in 4 months. Truly great to have now with gasoline prices being higher
