Audi NorthlakeReviews
Audi Northlake review
From start to finish, my experience with Audi of Northlake was absolutely exceptional. I officially closed on my purchase this past Saturday, September 26, 2026, and I truly could not have asked for a smoother process. Jeremy, David, James, Kendall, & Dave all played a part in making my purchasing experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every question I had was answered, helpful suggestions were provided along the way, and the entire transaction felt organized, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. It was simply a clean, straightforward deal, and there is honestly nothing I would change about the experience. This was actually my second purchase from this location, and once again, they delivered 10/10 service. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care is exactly why I continue to return. I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future when it’s time for another purchase, but until then, Audi of Northlake will always be my top recommendation when it comes to the Audi brand. Hands down, an excellent experience!
2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
They paid a very fair price for my old car and were very professional about the whole process. It took about 30-45 min.
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

02/02/23 They are the best!! I purchased a 2023 Qx55. I had looking at the car for some time as my old car was a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I was so impressed with the luxury of the car. It drives so good and feels like a glove that just hugs you. It has so many wonderful features and my team that I had: my salesman Brent Bell my GM Steve O'Kane my Service manager Dan Wissinger to all of the staff there. They are the best. So quick to answer my questions ( as i have a lot ). They are truly the best and would recommend them to anyone. Margaret Mohan

2021 BMW X5 review
First, I want to address the KAREN who left a zero stars review and put a very small dent in this establishment's reputation. It's folks like you who are the real PROBLEM! You wanted your title immediately because you feel so entitled to demand things immediately as if everything is a fast food drive thru! I'll take a wild guess that you were probably informed that the title was in transit and on its way to the dealership. However, you wanted to rub a genie lantern and have it instantly appear! Bro or Madam, GO KICK ROCKS! As for my experience with The Car House family, it was a joy and a pleasure doing business with you all. There was NO pressure to buy any of the vehicles I took out for a spin. I was blessed to have one of the sales managers himself, Saeed, personally take care of me and he did exactly that. There was no rush to fill out a credit application, agree to buy or even sign anything. Instead, he helped me understand that as the customer, I have to love the car for myself before anything else. Anyhow, I had the most amazing, pleasurable and #1 car buying experience in my entire lifetime of buying vehicles and I'm 56 years old and have purchased many over the years. So, don't be afraid to let these folks earn your business. I promise that you won't be sorry or feel like you wasted your time........... That is, unless you're a KAREN! God bless

Hendrick BMW review
I had visited about 2 weeks ago to look for good deal and the Gentleman who was assisting me was extremely helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable about BMWs. Showed me some options, but the wife could not make a decision on a certified pre owned or a new simpler model. Since we couldn't reach an agreement we decided to wait some more time and think about our choice. I will definitely go back to Hendricks certified pre-owned and look for Jerran, Jerrand. I think was his name. He was great.
2025 BMW X5 review
The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

Keffer Hyundai combines high quality sales with their service department. Whether buying a new car (just purchased our 6th new Santa Fe since 2011) or getting service for our cars, we have never been disappointed.
2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Hendrick BMW review
J Rego Thank you for your excellent service and for being so attentive and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
2026 BMW X5 review
I got the 2026 X40 with off road package and lots of tech about $83k. I have about 2400 miles on it in two months. I also got tow package and several tech options like advanced driver. Here are my observations thus far. Positive and favorite things: 1. Ride. I clearly remember going on the test drive and really, I did not want to stop. The ride was amazingly smooth and quiet and 2400 miles later I still feel the same way. You will want to go ten miles away when you have to grab that gallon of milk for the family just for the drive, lol. The off road package has air suspension and all 4 tires are same size, not staggered like most BMW’s. It also has steel plate underneath. 2. Towing. Got a boat, camper or trailer? This is your go-to. I pull a 3500lb camper, figure 4000lb loaded. It is downright easy and stable and I ow in the Rockies. Won’t need sway or weight distribution unless you’re closer to your 7200lb limit. You’ll need a special cable to convert BMW power which is pulsed to steady so the trailer rear view camera works. 3. Half hatch. I never knew about this but love it. Keeps stuff in the back and if you tow the hatch will not hit your power Jack on the front of the trailer which happens with full length hatches ( I had two Hondas). It disappeared on the 2027’s, but I think you will love it. Great when you are close to the garage wall too. 4. Interior. Traditional BMW interiors are spartan. They maxed out the X5 and I got the whitish Sensatech and with the other colors and textures it looks and feels up to it’s substantial price. 5. Power. Yeah, that 375hp never leaves you short and the gas mileage is incredible. I find it to be right on the ratings 23/25/27 and 10-14mpg when towing. Shortcomings-negatives: 1. Too much stuff put in the center screen and illogical menus. You have to go two deep to disable the stop-start which everyone I know wants to do. Should have been a separate button. Same with towing stuff in two places and other things. Time to ditch the archaic controller wheels and pads, too. Touch screen only, maybe toggle on steering wheel. 2. You have to get extra and expensive packages to get automatic touchless rear hatch and ventilated seats. Same with touch door handles for lock and unlock. Really? My 2022 HYUNDAI Tucson Limited had all that. 360 camera is in a package too. 3. No spare, even a donut and no room for full sized even with off road package. My off road came with street tires too. Odd. 4. Second row should have adjustable angle seats for more comfort. Overall, it is an amazingly comfortable car and looks amazing in the blue ridge color with chrome trim. I completely love it. If you are considering a new one I would run out the door right now and look at what’s left on the lot as you can probably get a great discount (which they won’t advertise by policy). I got over $10k off and 1% financing 5yrs for huge savings. I loaded up on extended warranty and other add-ons with the savings. The 2027 looks fugly and loses some of the best things on the 2026 like half hatch. When I get some more serious miles I will post another review. Best of luck to my fellow car buyers. Also, if you are budget sensitive this is the last year of this generation so maybe you could pick up one with a few miles to save some bucks or wait a year or two for this one.

Shane & Tyler are amazing. I bought my first car with them and they made it very seamless. Very transparent. No haggle. Please consider buying from BMW Northlake.
2025 BMW X5 review
Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

The best service department. My technician Noah did a fantastic job! Thorough and meticulous-5 stars!!!
2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Hendrick BMW review
I worked with Jacob, told him what I was looking for in a car, including price range, 3 series, interior and exterior color, etc. We communicated several times by email, text and phone over about a weeks time as he shared possibilities with me. He found a car that matched up exactly. My wife and I went in, test drove the car, and bought it. He was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, likeable, conscientious, thorough.
2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Hendrick BMW review
I moved from California a few months ago, and my car's regular interval maintenance was due. I chose Henrick's BMW service center as the main dealer in Charlotte. The process of dropping off, inspecting, and returning my vehicle was very professional. I had a drivetrain malfunction light in addition to the regular service, which turned out to be a warning of a more than likely future failure of the heat management unit (Thermostat). Following approval, they were efficient and returned my vehicle after only a short time. The video I received of the inspection and the engine fault was thorough by the service tech, and the Service Advisor (Jose) was curteous and friendly. Overall, a simple and pleasant experience.
2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

2025 BMW X5 review
Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

Fishers Imports review
I have bought multiple vehicles from Fishers Imports, and have traded in several as well. Each experience was professional and pleasant, and the prices were extremely competitive each time. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy, and I will continue making them my go-to car dealer. I use Fishers as my go-to service center for my vehicles and have always received high quality work and very reasonable prices.
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.
