2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Adrian was a blessing to work with. He is very thorough and patient. The whole process from A to Z was made very simple. Everyone heard us and explained everything to us. We got a really good deal.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Facilities were a bit dated and the sales experience was a little long, but the representatives were very helpful. We were not financing and had to wait for an extremely long time for our sales representative to get approval from the finance manager. That didn?t make a ton of sense.

2021 BMW X5 review
First, I want to address the KAREN who left a zero stars review and put a very small dent in this establishment's reputation. It's folks like you who are the real PROBLEM! You wanted your title immediately because you feel so entitled to demand things immediately as if everything is a fast food drive thru! I'll take a wild guess that you were probably informed that the title was in transit and on its way to the dealership. However, you wanted to rub a genie lantern and have it instantly appear! Bro or Madam, GO KICK ROCKS! As for my experience with The Car House family, it was a joy and a pleasure doing business with you all. There was NO pressure to buy any of the vehicles I took out for a spin. I was blessed to have one of the sales managers himself, Saeed, personally take care of me and he did exactly that. There was no rush to fill out a credit application, agree to buy or even sign anything. Instead, he helped me understand that as the customer, I have to love the car for myself before anything else. Anyhow, I had the most amazing, pleasurable and #1 car buying experience in my entire lifetime of buying vehicles and I'm 56 years old and have purchased many over the years. So, don't be afraid to let these folks earn your business. I promise that you won't be sorry or feel like you wasted your time........... That is, unless you're a KAREN! God bless

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

The Auto Paddock review
The test driving process was super easy here. They let me go on my own so I can get the full experience of driving the car like it was my own. The route they recommended to go up the mountain was fun as well. Their inventory is a big mix of cars and depending on which one you would want to purchase, the driving experience up the mountain is great.
2014 BMW X5 review
This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

Diamond Auto Sales review
BEST AUTO DEALER IN ALAMEDA & ALL OF BAY AREA! My daughter recently purchased her first car & Alex made the experience so seamless! She was referred to Diamond Auto Sales by two friends who had bought their cars from Alex. They highly recommended him. I usually dread the car buying process but Alex completely changed my views. He was honest, friendly, thoughtful, funny, and very knowledgable. You can tell he takes pride in each car he has available. He didn't pressure my daughter at all and once she decided to buy it, everything went so smooth. I highly recommend Alex and Diamond Auto Sales! Thank you so much Alex! I will definetly be back when my son gets his license and when I finally decide to treat myself to a new car. In the meantime I will be recommending them to all my friends & family. Thank you Alex and team! We are so grateful.
2011 BMW X5 review
This is the most underrated gems in the used diesel SUV market—but only if you’re the right kind of owner. Powered by the soon becoming legendary M57 inline-six diesel engine, this version of the E70 X5 combines German engineering with long-haul durability if treated right….and by treated right, I mean ideally maintained by someone who can turn a wrench and not the type of owner who wants to drop it off at the dealership for every noise or light. This vehicle is ideal for the hands-on car enthusiast who appreciates the mechanical integrity of a proper diesel engine and doesn’t mind putting in garage time to keep it in good shape. If you're someone who already loves BMWs and understands their quirks, this vehicle will feel like a rewarding project and a fantastic daily driver in one package. The M57 diesel engine is incredibly robust and becomes one of the best engines only with one huge caveat…the emissions equipment needs to be removed. In fact, I would not recommend owning this vehicle if you don’t plan or cannot do this in your state legally. Once deleted, this engine opens up and delivers a strong blend of torque, horse power and efficiency, making it an excellent tow vehicle. It's perfect for hauling a car trailer, camper, or family gear around without struggle. Stock, it’s already torquey, but with the deletes and a mild tune, this becomes a real beast without sacrificing reliability...and if given a race tune, this thing will hurt other drivers' feelings pulling from stop lights or on the freeway. The chassis overall is “decent” (Being said by a vintage BMW enthusiast, this is very much a compliment to today’s standards), but there are known maintenance pain points that a mechanically inclined owner should be aware of. If you plan to purchase from a used dealership or private seller, you’ll most likely need to do a suspension refresh including replacement of struts, bushings, arms etc.…possibly an engine refresh including valve cover seals, intake manifold cleaning and replacement of other various leaky seals…work on the cooling system including but not limited to replacing lines, hoses, main/expansion coolant tank as these are plastic and will crack and fail due to heat over time. There will be some normal interior wear including the finishes of center console buttons peeling off but are easily replaceable. Something important to note when purchasing is the interior sunroof shade condition, including whether it is completely operable and if there are any signs of sagging/peeling fabric. Any issue with the sunroof should reflect in the price as this item is very intricate, expensive, and difficult to work on. These aren’t dealbreakers though...just things to note when looking to purchase and if they’ve been covered in recent maintenance...if they haven't, plan for work that will inevitably need to be done. Again, don’t expect it to be hands-off, you’ve got to earn this one…But if you're up for the task, you’ll be rewarded with one of BMW’s most versatile platforms.

2017 BMW X5 review
The 2017 BMW X5 is the ultimate SUV that meets all my needs. It perfectly balances driving experience, comfort, practicality, and luxury. Driving the X5 is a joy, with its powerful engine and responsive handling. The air suspension provides a smooth and comfortable ride that surpasses many peers. The spacious interior and well-crafted cabin offer a luxurious experience for passengers. The X5's practicality is satisfying, with an enormous cargo space and ample interior storage. Advanced technology and abundant comfort features further enhance its all-around capabilities. Overall, as a top-tier luxury SUV, the X5 stands out among its class and meets all my expectations for an excellent SUV. It remarkably combines driving pleasure, comfort, and practicality, delivering an outstanding overall experience. The X5 is undoubtedly a top choice in its segment, worthy of consideration.

They were 😃 they made the process easy and stress free for my daughter buying her first car.
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

2015 BMW X5 review
I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

Diamond Auto SalesReviews
Diamond Auto Sales review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2006 Honda Element from Diamond Auto Sales in Alameda, CA, and I must say, my experience was absolutely phenomenal. Alex, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best car-buying experience possible. Not only was Alex working on Father's Day, but he also had his sweet daughter Sophia helping him at the lot. It was heartwarming to see their dedication and commitment to their customers. I was torn between choosing an automatic or a manual transmission for my Honda Element. I don’t mind the convenience of an automatic transmission, which came with a roof rack and mats, but I really desired the thrill of driving a manual transmission. Alex came up with a brilliant solution. He suggested that my family and I go to lunch while he swapped the roof rack and the mats for me. And to top it off, he even offered a generous $1,000 discount. The level of customer service and attention to detail displayed by Alex truly exceeded my expectations. He went the extra mile to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted while providing outstanding value. In addition to the exceptional customer service and attention to detail, I should commend Diamond Auto Sales for making the paperwork process quick and painless. I have worked in the industry, and it is often not like that. Alex and his team ensured that all the necessary paperwork was handled efficiently, allowing me to get in my fun new Element asap and get home to spend time with my folks for Father’s Day, and less time dealing with administrative tasks. The smooth and hassle-free paperwork process was yet another testament to the professionalism and dedication of Diamond Auto Sales. I cannot recommend Diamond Auto Sales enough. If you're in the market for a used car, I urge you to pay them a visit. Alex will take care of you and make sure you drive away with a smile on your face. I will definitely be giving them my business again in the future, and I'll be telling everyone I know about this fantastic dealership.

2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Once traded in, paperwork was processed and payment was accepted, and off I was in a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back here again especially for the competitive vehicle pricing. Thanks again!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
