STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

Service was great, the staff was very friendly & professional. Had an issue pairing my old flip phone, got an error message and needed an update. The dealership fixed the issues free of charge.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

This car is really fun. Very nimble and quick. Purists will argue it's not a "real M car," and that's true. But it has more performance than I will ever need. Unless you are getting out on a track or you can drive on completely empty highways with no danger from the police, this car has more than enough. It is just shy of 400 HP. How much do you really need? Mine is the M40i configuration. One of the things that attracted me to this car was the appearance. I was looking at a used M4, but I could not get over the appearance of the front. Ugly as homemade sin. That left me looking at the last version of the M4, and there just are not that many around with lower mileage. But this car is beautiful. From every angle, it is just a stunning car. You can mark that as unimportant, but I look at the car every time I drive it, and I want a car that is visually pleasing. The current 4 series is downright ugly when looking at them from the front. My one gripe is the technology – too darned much! It becomes unwieldy. The settings are infinitely variable and the same thing can be done in many different ways, which makes it all the more confusing. Despite all of this superfluous technology, the one thing they did not add was a setting where the display panel would appear as a traditional dashboard with 2 main dials. It seems that that would have been simple given the amount of technology they built into this car. That is the primary reason for the 4 star rating. Another reason for 4 stars on comfort is the seatbelt. The seatbelt does not have that little xxxxxxx feature which enables you to click it into place so that it is not constantly pulling. As a result, it bites into my collarbone just a little bit. A first world problem, I know. I bought one of those plastic clips that prevents it from retracting the full way, and I use that from time to time. These are minor complaints. This is a really great car. It is not my daily driver, so when the weekend gets here, I am bending over backwards to think about places where I "need" to go. It is often too hot here in Central Florida to ride with the top down during the day, but dropping the top at night even during July and August will be great. This is just a great car and I am enjoying every minute behind the wheel.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. When I drive it out there every oe looks at it as if t is the m4 running around a real headd turner thanksto BMW. eASY TO CUSTOPISE IT TOO. Ibe had my car for almost 4 years I got it in highschool it is my first was got 2011 BMW X3 228i x-drive had 120k on it when I got it and now was 193k. I had no major issues besides replacing the coolant tank which was a quick fix and one of the gasket covers regular maintenance is just expensive but you know that before you buy. Great first car and super safe and reliable.

I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running
