They are very friendly but I don???t give 5 star because it takes time to wait a while. Almost 2 hr for oil change and rotate tiles. I made reservation to do so. If they can do a bit faster, that would be great!

We were in the market for the just released Nissan Leaf 2019. We aren't frequent buyers and are specific about what we want. Xochilt ("Sochi") worked with us over a few weeks to get us exactly what we wanted. She's was very polite and accomodating (especially with our 6 and 8 year old boys) through the whole process.
We've also had service done here on our older Versa and it's among the most organized and customer service oriented service stations I've ever used.
Definitely recommend this dealer and Xochilt.
Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.
The salesman Sam, worked closely with the manager Jonathan and Chris in financing to get me the best deal possible. I appreciate that he was straight forward. All three guys stayed way after closing time to get my deal closed and I am satisfied with it.
We had great customer service. I highly recommend sales person Oscar Núñez. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel comfortable and understood our needs. He wasn???t pushy on selling and we walked out of Nissan Autobarn very content with our purchase.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Claudia Zires was extremely helpful during the buying, financing, and general sales experience. We drove over 8 hours to get the car that suited me and everything was exactly as she said it was, no surprises, just a quick buying process. She even had our truck that we traveled in washed while we went over the financing options. I highly suggest anyone who is looking to buy a car to consider the Autobarn Mitsubishi of Evanston during their search.
Needed a oil change on my car, setting the appointment was easy with Tomy. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time, John Partipilo is the service advisor that took care of me, very polite and professional. Full synthetic oil changes are expensive. John included a coupan that was being offered for that service. Car was taken care of, washed perfectly, and waiting for me. Thanks John!
Although it wasn???t the deal we ideally wanted, I must say how excellent of a customer service that Claudia rendered to myself and my dad. She was prompt with the 2016 Prius to take it for a test drive and at the same time was very friendly. She diligently sought her manager as we negotiated prices and handled the paperwork flawlessly as we closed the deal. I would recommend her as one of the top sales representative at the dealership.
