BMW of Towson review
Overall, I had a good experience however, my first impression was not a good one because I roamed around in the lot for more than 20 minutes and no one ever came out and greeted me. once I enter the showroom, I was greeted by a very nice young man which took my information. I was then greeted by another sales person who I’m currently working with and so far my experience has been good

BMW of Towson review
I found the car I was looking for on Cars.com, which led me to BMW of Towson. The entire experience was excellent?the dealership is beautiful and clean, the team was professional, and my sales rep was responsive without ever making me feel pressured. The test drive and purchase process was incredibly easy, and I was in and out in about 90 minutes. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend?I would absolutely buy from them again!

BMW of Bel AirReviews
BMW of Bel Air review
This was my first time getting my car serviced here at BMW and the service was very fast. Andrew made everything convenient for me and I was in and out with my 70000 mile service without a long wait. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting. To be honest, I was very shocked considering the poor service I had at Owings Mills, where I purchased my vehicle.
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

CarMax White MarshReviews
CarMax White Marsh review
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.

2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

Sports & Imports review
Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.

Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Cameron, Rob, the general manager, Erica, the finance person, made me feel so comfortable and so welcome, I did have to walk out once or twice to get the best deal I got, but Rob and Cameron would not let me go until I got a deal that I wanted. Using dealing with a car dealership is unpleasant, but besides having to sit for three hours when you get your car, everything else was perfect thank you gentlemen and Erica
2018 BMW M240 review
Super fun car to drive. Love the B58 engine, tons of power and suuuper smooth. Handling is next level and it just feels it will turn through anything! Everyone I've shown it to totally loves it. The gas mileage is also much better than I was expecting, coming from a tuned VW GTI. I never considered myself a convertible person, but I ended up buying the convertible anyway cause I figured it would be fun. I'm not a huge fan of the seats given this is one step below a full blown M2. They're decently comfortable, but they look awfully boring compared to something like Audi and the quilted leather they use. The one other thing is the soft top has a bit of a squeak, though to be fair I really haven't looked into getting it fixed so it could be super minor. Very much looking forward to more driving!

Bob Ruth Ford review
great team and fastest in the business on getting a trade done. see you next time.
2019 BMW Z4 review
Practical, stylish, and quick, the G29 Z4 sDrive 30i excels as a summer sports car with a surprisingly large trunk (soft top doesn't intrude). At 6'3", I fit comfortably, even more so than in previous SL500/SLK350s. It easily accommodates two people and weekend luggage. The B48 turbo inline-4 is efficient (averaging ~28 mpg) yet delivers strong performance (0-60 in ~5.5s). The ZF 8-speed transmission is a responsive partner, offering versatile driving modes (EcoPro to Sport+), with paddle/shifter control. Handling is exceptional with the staggered 19" Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, holding traction even when pushed hard. The ride can be firm due to the short rear overhang, a trade-off for the Z4's superior cornering compared to the more comfortable but less engaging SL500. The i7-adjacent infotainment is user-friendly with physical climate controls and includes active cruise control, backup camera, and parking assist. Wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and the OEM interface are both good, though the optional wireless charger can overheat phones. Numerous customization options exist, with aftermarket apps (BimmerCode) offering even more. Comfort is good with supportive seats (plenty of legroom for a tall driver), excellent wind management with a removable blocker, and a calm cabin with windows up. The ability to operate the soft top at speeds up to 30 mph is surprisingly useful, and it can also be controlled via the key fob. A minor annoyance is the center armrest's asymmetrical opening and the passenger-side cupholder cover hindering armrest use and cup retrieval. Also, the aggressively bolstered, somewhat narrow seats might not suit wider individuals – a test fit is recommended. Interior storage is adequate with door pockets, under-dash space, enclosed center console (cupholders), and a rear tray with trunk access. The insulated soft top ensures a muted cabin with the top up, and the Harman Kardon sound system is impressive. Phone calls remain clear even with the top down. Overall, the G29 Z4 sDrive 30i is a reliable, efficient, stylish, and comfortable convertible, my best yet and one I intend to keep.

Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mits review
I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta and had the pleasure of working with Gary Thomas. As a 22-year-old woman buying my first car, the process felt overwhelming, but Gary made everything so much easier. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through this major purchase. I truly appreciated being treated like a friend rather than just another customer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Nick, the manager, who was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with my grandpa, who was involved in the process. Their support meant so much to me, and I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!
2020 BMW 840 review
Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....

By the time I left this dealership, I felt a huge weight off my shoulders. Huge shout out to Anthony Vitelli for assisting me with my situation! From the moment I walked in, Anthony greeted me with a warm smile. He was so patient in understanding my many questions. Car buying can leave you scatter brained, but with Anthony I left head strong! Very knowledgeable. Big thanks also to Nick Caperelli, Business Manager, for being so detail oriented. Thank you all. I look forward to working with you two in the future!

Stupid accident brought me to see Mike in the body shop. Second time the garage door gouged the hatch. Mike took the car right away fixed it and cleaned it up better than when I dropped it off. Thanks Mike, great job.

Trust Auto review
I reached out to Trust Auto regarding a Toyota 4RUNNER. I was immediately contacted by Frank. I unfortunately contracted the flu virus which put me out for over a week. Frank was very patient and professional and checked on me every couple of days. I had a trade which I was going to trade in on the Toyota. I am located 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, so I was able to take pics of my trade and without even seeing my trade in person, I feel that Frank and Trust gave me a fair trade in value. I unfortunately decided to go a different route with selling my car privately to a coworker and not replace my car. I never did purchase the vehicle from Trust, but dealing with Frank made me 💯 % comfortable and I would definitely give Trust the opportunity to earn my business in the future. Thank again for all of your help during this process.

2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Great place to buy a car. People are friendly, vehicles are priced fairly, top dollar for trades. Where else can you go to see and drive all makes and models for all brands.
2022 BMW Z4 review
This car is really fun. Very nimble and quick. Purists will argue it's not a "real M car," and that's true. But it has more performance than I will ever need. Unless you are getting out on a track or you can drive on completely empty highways with no danger from the police, this car has more than enough. It is just shy of 400 HP. How much do you really need? Mine is the M40i configuration. One of the things that attracted me to this car was the appearance. I was looking at a used M4, but I could not get over the appearance of the front. Ugly as homemade sin. That left me looking at the last version of the M4, and there just are not that many around with lower mileage. But this car is beautiful. From every angle, it is just a stunning car. You can mark that as unimportant, but I look at the car every time I drive it, and I want a car that is visually pleasing. The current 4 series is downright ugly when looking at them from the front. My one gripe is the technology – too darned much! It becomes unwieldy. The settings are infinitely variable and the same thing can be done in many different ways, which makes it all the more confusing. Despite all of this superfluous technology, the one thing they did not add was a setting where the display panel would appear as a traditional dashboard with 2 main dials. It seems that that would have been simple given the amount of technology they built into this car. That is the primary reason for the 4 star rating. Another reason for 4 stars on comfort is the seatbelt. The seatbelt does not have that little xxxxxxx feature which enables you to click it into place so that it is not constantly pulling. As a result, it bites into my collarbone just a little bit. A first world problem, I know. I bought one of those plastic clips that prevents it from retracting the full way, and I use that from time to time. These are minor complaints. This is a really great car. It is not my daily driver, so when the weekend gets here, I am bending over backwards to think about places where I "need" to go. It is often too hot here in Central Florida to ride with the top down during the day, but dropping the top at night even during July and August will be great. This is just a great car and I am enjoying every minute behind the wheel.

What a pleasant experience! Hypatia was great, the car was exactly (as far as I can tell) as advertised on Cars.com, the free Carfax analysis was very helpful for projecting reliability and assessing price to value, and ensuring maintenance was kept up. Definitely consider returning for future purchases! Glad to recommend them to others.

Found this vehicle on CarGurus. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. This company takes pride in detailing their cars before selling. Keith, my sales rep was personable, straight forward, and trustworthy. This place operates the opposite of a big dealer and in a good way too. Also, Sami was a delightful person to converse with in the main office!
2020 BMW Z4 review
I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.
