BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

I love BMW and this car does not disappoint: fun to drive and quick and agile. Only downside is a clicking sound that resonates in the cabin when idling.

2016 BMW 428 review
Car drives well. I recommend driving it in Sport mode. The Eco feature and start and stop will wear out the starter. Also, the braking is hard on this car. You cannot ease into a stop. It is like it does not want to stop and you have to press the pedal harder than normal.

My first impression was to run! But I enjoyed my experience. The dealership was very understanding i had to push back my appointment time, they had the vehicle ready to sell. The fact that i could experience the test drive wirhout being over managed by a salesperson was great! i got to know my vehicle and make a clear decision to purchase. But we had to come back the next day made me feel good. So I would recommend Paris he was truly did not pressure us he try to make it a good experience. He was concerned that i was taken care of, he was "keeping it real" even when I thought I should have gotten more. So he made it a good purchase experience right now no buyers remorse. Right now I would highly recommend Paris to deal I enjoy my vehicle. 2nd time with THIScar and not disappointed.

I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.
2026 BMW M440 review
Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Houston review
After visiting a lot of dealerships, with no luck finding anyone willing to locate or sell the car I wanted, I contacted Autonation in Houston and Marshall answered the phone. He sold me the car another dealership said I had to come in person to buy. He made it a friendly, quick, and delightful process, fully remote with a notary—the opposite of my prior experiences sitting in dealerships for hours. My new car was delivered to my house yesterday, and I could not be happier.

Good experience one of the vehicles i was interested in looking at wasn't on-site but it was my second option I ended up going with my first option
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

Porsche River OaksReviews
Porsche River Oaks review
Buying my first ever Porsche from this dealership was absolutely top tier from my initial visit to driving away in my dream car! The inside of the dealership is very well laid out, super nice, and welcoming. They have lounge areas equipped with snack and beverages on each floor and there is a great retail store too. My salesperson, Danny, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, most importantly not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made the buying experience wonderful. Ryan in finance was also great to deal with, no pressure, no xx, and made for a the transaction easy and enjoyable. I’ll look forward to visiting the dealership and take advantage of the fantastic “Complimentary hand-wash for the life of the vehicle”. What a fantastic incentive to consider Porsche River Oaks when shopping for your dream Porsche.
2026 BMW M2 review
I've had a 2015 and 2018 M4. I loved the M4. I've had the 2026 M2 now for 3 months. I like the handling better. Although smaller, it feels sportier with plenty of head room inside. The back seats are there but really only young kids will have enough room. I certainly didn't by this car to have anyone in the back seat and never had anyone in the back of my M4's either. I love this car with the Alcantara steering wheel, red and blue seat highlights, and Sky Scraper color. I've added a graphite spoiler in the rear, changed the DRL lights to yellow and added after market lights with M Performance showing on the ground when opening the doors. The difference b/t the M4 and M2 is huge. The M2 is fast at around 3.7-8 0 to 60. The M2 is a bargain. My full MSRP was $78,600 and loaded.

Experience was great. The buying process with Eric and Dominick. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Classic Chevrolet in Sugarland. Go see Eric or Dominick.
2024 BMW M2 review
Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.

Excellent. Top notch. Highly recommend for their service and how well they treat the customer. Will keep bringing my car back here. Clean facilities with all you need.
2024 BMW M4 review
Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Performance value for the money. It’s more fun on a manual gearbox. This car delivers all the fun BMW can do. An analog transmission is a classic.

I?m always pleased by the BMW service and the staff. Very convenient and friendly, you will definitely be treated like family here. I also enjoy their snacks. Steven has been my advisor for a couple years now. It?s always nice to see a smile on everyone?s face.

Typical German fit, finish, and quality. The syspension does not have much difference between sport and comfort - that is the biggest complaint. Gas mileage is fantastic. The view/seating position is great and plenty of space.

This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.
