2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

2015 BMW 528 review
Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously discounted price. Had only 19,000 miles on it at the time (probably only driven to church and the grocery by a nice widow). Now, in 2025, has 55,000 miles on it. Probably the best automobile I have ever owned. Performance is outstanding, repair history as good if not better than any other vehicle I owned. I added a BMW-focused, after-market Carplay system in 2021 to my existing onboard electronics system. Has worked very well and did an admirable of replacing the BMW Connected Drive system after the latter went dark. Biggest problem has been the tires wore out and I am replaciong the back struts and shocks, but some of that may be my fault. Otherwise, subjected to routine maintenance and had NO issues. Would buy again in a minute.

I was shopping for a very specific Corvette convertible and found a 2006 available at South Street Autos. Since I am from central New Jersey and was facing a 3 hour 25 minute drive to Maryland(according to Mapquest), each way, I called hoping to get some information about the car that was not listed on the website. Wayne was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone, answering all my questions. Most cars look great on the internet and then you get there and it's not what you expected or hoped for. Wayne and John were totally upfront and honest about the car. They were very understanding of how far away I was and were kind enough to pre-negotiate the price on the phone (most dealers would not do this) and provide me with an "out the door" price so that all I had to do was make the drive there and hope it was everything they said it was. Well, I made the trip and it was as beautiful in person as it looked online and was EXACTLY as they had described it. Because we worked out a price that was fair to everyone and the car was what I was "sold" on the phone, I bought the car on the spot and am thrilled with my purchase and the quality of the car. I would definitely make the 6-7 hour round trip again to buy a car from them, it was well worth it! Thank you for your honesty and fairness!
2019 BMW X4 review
A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I don't trust used car salesmen or dealers. I believe their general reputation for hype and dishonesty is well deserved. My experience with South Street Auto was remarkable not only because it contrasted with nearly every other used car dealer I have visited over many years. It was absolutely positive. This is a professional operation. Here are the details in brief. I went there on a Saturday to look at a 2004 Volvo, which was advertised at a price $2000 below book value. The test drive was good, and the car seemed to be exactly as they advertised. They said their mechanic had checked it out thoroughly. But I wanted my Volvo mechanic to inspect it. They were very accommodating. We agreed that I would tentatively buy the car, and they would wait to put through the paperwork until they heard from me by the end of the day on Monday. On Monday my mechanic found three items of concern: a noise in the alternator that sounded as if it were near the breaking point, a leak in the power steering reservoir, and a crack in the seating for one shock absorber. South Street Auto was surprised by the finding, but readily acknowledged that these were meaningful concerns. I proposed a compromise: they would replace the alternator, and I would repair the other two problems at my mechanic. Within an hour the salesman had the owner's approval for this compromise. They replaced the alternator with a new one the next day while I waited there. Bottom line: South Street Auto is a company with honest, decent salespeople who treat you with respect, and who are willing to admit a mistake and to help in correcting it. The car is terrific, and was a great value even with the $450 in repairs, and the experience buying there was first rate. Let me note that I am a real buyer, I am not a relative or friend of anyone at South Street Autos, and they did not ask me to write this review (and don't know I am writing it).

2022 BMW Z4 review
This car is really fun. Very nimble and quick. Purists will argue it's not a "real M car," and that's true. But it has more performance than I will ever need. Unless you are getting out on a track or you can drive on completely empty highways with no danger from the police, this car has more than enough. It is just shy of 400 HP. How much do you really need? Mine is the M40i configuration. One of the things that attracted me to this car was the appearance. I was looking at a used M4, but I could not get over the appearance of the front. Ugly as homemade sin. That left me looking at the last version of the M4, and there just are not that many around with lower mileage. But this car is beautiful. From every angle, it is just a stunning car. You can mark that as unimportant, but I look at the car every time I drive it, and I want a car that is visually pleasing. The current 4 series is downright ugly when looking at them from the front. My one gripe is the technology – too darned much! It becomes unwieldy. The settings are infinitely variable and the same thing can be done in many different ways, which makes it all the more confusing. Despite all of this superfluous technology, the one thing they did not add was a setting where the display panel would appear as a traditional dashboard with 2 main dials. It seems that that would have been simple given the amount of technology they built into this car. That is the primary reason for the 4 star rating. Another reason for 4 stars on comfort is the seatbelt. The seatbelt does not have that little xxxxxxx feature which enables you to click it into place so that it is not constantly pulling. As a result, it bites into my collarbone just a little bit. A first world problem, I know. I bought one of those plastic clips that prevents it from retracting the full way, and I use that from time to time. These are minor complaints. This is a really great car. It is not my daily driver, so when the weekend gets here, I am bending over backwards to think about places where I "need" to go. It is often too hot here in Central Florida to ride with the top down during the day, but dropping the top at night even during July and August will be great. This is just a great car and I am enjoying every minute behind the wheel.

My first car was a triumph spitfire. I am a huge fan of the two seat roadster. I'm an even bigger fan of a hardtop convertible. I am not a BMW fanboy. I wish this car were not a BMW. I bought it because it's beautiful and when I drove it, it made me freaking happy. 300 plus horsepower, I've never even felt the need to put my manual transmission 35i in sport or sport Plus mode. The thing is gorgeous top up or down, a blast to drive, and often over neglected is that all four Windows go down making it a pillarless coupe with the top up. Flawlessly reliable in 14,000 miles, cockpit is tight if you put it on a few extra pounds. Such a beautiful beautiful car. Mine's a 2014, and every single time I go out someone comments about it. Unfortunately, when you're driving it people aren't as friendly because it's a BMW. Best roadster I've ever owned in a very long line of roadsters

2011 BMW 328 review
My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. Five thousand dollars , but I feel at the application , because the car I was looking Was three thousand something something You told me you do not finance. I am a man Raising my 2 granddaughter. 9 at 10 Also, I'm dealing with cancer and heart problems and need a vehicle. I can afford $78 a month. And according to your website, I qualify, but when I called, they said they will not give me a loan. Because the car was under the amount used to take loans for broke my heart, cause I needed to get back-and-forth to my hospital visits and taking my granddaughters where they need to go friends of mine said. These are very reputable, and I was hoping it was something you could do for me. I'm a little heartbroken that I can't get a card from you, I know my credit score in bed, but when it came down to paying Certain things like my medication, they destroyed my credit rating. I just like to say thank you.\n And then if there was ever anything you could do get me in a vehicle. That is between 3 and 4000 dollars. With a payment of 73 Dollars A month, I appreciate it. Not 43 big Just asking for a little freedom by driving And trying To stay alive for my girls and my family. Thank you for listening. 2015 BMW 320 review
I am biased because it’s my first car, but I’d say this is one of the best first cars you can own! performance wise the card does not come with much horsepower but if you can combined a tune and other components, you can get this car up to over 250 hp making a very fun car to drive! In my opinion, it’s the best sounding four-cylinder with an exhaust! I wish it had backup cameras, Apple CarPlay, andother features that newer cars has have but I really love this car

2010 BMW 328 review
I went from a Minivan to A BMW and will never go back. My son bought me one It was about 8 years oldIt did start to have problems after about 5 years. Of course it's a 10 year old Car and problems were awaiting. I would buy a new one to make sure they Would be more reliable for me as a single woman driver so that I would not need repairs in the near future. I'm getting rid of mine and buying a newer model. They are so much fun to drive and I love Love love my BMW 328 I And I'm looking to buy another one here Very soon!

2018 BMW ALPINA B7 review
I have to agree to the previous review totally. I have 2017 version of same vehicle. It was 2-year 8-month old with 51k miles when purchased. After driving it for 2 years now and 20k additional miles, I only needed to replace one fuel injector and perform 2 normal maintenances at my local BMW shop. It handles like its brand new and performs like I expected from the Alpina maker. Alpina is a unique automaker with a unique engineering mastery in building this car. No buyer can go wrong if you can afford it.

2016 BMW Z4 review
