We had to have our vehicle towed to this dealership. It was bought out of state. They treated our service issues as if we were their best customer. Chrys Kinney our the service advisor, was absolutely great. All done over the phone he took care of our issue with professionalism and understanding and got our car back to us as quick as possible. Terrific experience.

I recently purchased a 2020 Chrysler Voyager from this dealership, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and made the process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle is in mint condition — exactly as described — and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I absolutely love the car and will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. Highly recommend!

2017 BMW X1 review
This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

2017 BMW 328d review
I do not like SUVs. They do not drive well. They are just vanilla people haulers. I prefer a sedan but have a little more room would be nice. So a 3 series wagon is perfect! Couple that with a very torqy diesel and you have a real driver that can still get a few things done. I love it!

They don’t make them like this anymore it depends on if you have the standard or M class which has the twin turbo and the sport body kit not to be confused with the M “series” I love the cockpit how convenient the location of controls and info center the outside is sport aggressive styling it’s rear wheel drive so it’s shows out on the highway 100 feels like 60 both M’s have low profile tires handling is built to be tight

I am biased because it’s my first car, but I’d say this is one of the best first cars you can own! performance wise the card does not come with much horsepower but if you can combined a tune and other components, you can get this car up to over 250 hp making a very fun car to drive! In my opinion, it’s the best sounding four-cylinder with an exhaust! I wish it had backup cameras, Apple CarPlay, andother features that newer cars has have but I really love this car

2013 BMW 328 review
Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

The customer service was amazing. I went in to check out a Jeep and ended up buying a Toyota Camry. The process was nice and smooth. I was basically in and out of the place with my new car!! High recommend this place.
2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

109,000 miles on my 2019 BMW 530e and it drives like the day I bought it. Original brakes, 2 sets of new performance tires since purchased new. Keep it services precisely to timeliness at the dealership, where service department provides a loaner. Favorite car of 13 lifetime purchases (which is why we still have it).

Car drives well. I recommend driving it in Sport mode. The Eco feature and start and stop will wear out the starter. Also, the braking is hard on this car. You cannot ease into a stop. It is like it does not want to stop and you have to press the pedal harder than normal.

I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

I recently purchased my vehicle from AMA Auto Sales, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Their customer service was outstanding, professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. The quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations, and after comparing prices across New Jersey, I can confidently say they offered the best value in the market. They truly make things happen. As long as you are open about what you’re looking for and clearly explain your needs, they will work hard to deliver results. I highly recommend AMA Auto Sales to anyone looking for quality vehicles, competitive pricing, and a smooth, professional car-buying experience.
2016 BMW X5 review
This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Great car shopping experience, we made an appointment and met with Jaden who was very helpful and nice. I absolutely hate car shopping and I highly recommend visiting this location and Jaden if they have a car you're interested in.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Here's links to my issues with the car they sold me! https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-Bill.pdf https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-1.mp4 If I don't get a check by the end of the month, a lawyer friend told me it's a slam dunk in small claims count.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.
2014 BMW 535 review
I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.
