It was Monday temp was in the teens and my heater went out .I called Columbia Ford and spoke to Bobby in service and he said bring it in. With no appointment they repaired my truck. The staff was friendly and very helpful and keeped me posted on the progress. I would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness.
I was recently looking for a good used car to buy my daughter for her 16th birthday. I found one I liked online and contacted the dealership via e-mail. Brittney Smith was quick to reply to my e-mail and answered all of my questions about the car and set us up a time to come in on a Sunday to look at the car. She even e-mailed me the Carfax report and some additional warranty info I asked for. That Sunday, my wife and I met with a salesman named JD and he was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure my wife or I into purchasing anything unlike some salesmen at other dealerships tend to do. He gave us space and let us look at the car and test drive the car so we could decide if we liked it or not. We put a deposit down that day and came back the following Saturday and bought the car and took it home so we could surprise our daughter with it at her birthday party! She LOVED it!!! It was a great day and a great buying experience. I highly recommend them!!! FYI, we bought the car from the Lebanon location, but I'm sure their other stores are just as great!
3rd time was the charm for us, as the first 2 cars sold before we could make it out to see them on a weekend. We never felt pressure throughout the buying process and felt that people at Brentwood Auto were genuinely interested in helping us. Special thanks to Sam and Terri for their patience, understanding and care they showed us as the 1st time buyers.
We flew 3 hours to buy a car from these guys and were not disappointed. Vehicle was in the shape we were told it was. All fees were disclosed upfront and we were even comped on our hotel stay and picked up from the airport. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for them to finish the paperwork with another customer, but being that it was the only issue, I believe they deserve 5 stars
Easy, painless process. They wouldn't waive their $299 "documentation" fee and knew market well enough to not come off the price any, but they were transparent enough to earn my business this time. Not working with me on the price didn't make me a lifelong loyal patron, but their professionalism and pricing is likely to bring me back to give them a look next time I am in the market for an automobile
Very friendly people who are upfront about their prices and did not play any haggling games. Certainly would be nice if all dealers had upfront disclosure about their best prices instead of nickeling and diming their customers. Definately a fan of their business model and helpful sales people.
These guys literally have the best selection of cars. Very forthcoming and honest about condition and very competitively priced! First time I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle. A must visit dealer when looking for a quality pre-owned car.
Really enjoyed the honesty and patience examplified by management for staff to see and follow. Won't get into details, but these people are straight shooters even when it doesn't benefit them financially. If you have to buy a car, don't pass on these guys and gals.
I found the car online. Jessica, the salesperson, was always helpful and available. Ratings are total cs, not for the salesperson. Priced well for a 2015 with 13,000 miles. Drove it and noticed that all tires were bald. Brentwood Auto Brokers gave me their discount for new tires (still a good deal). I questioned how they could be so bald and decided that previous owner changed them out. When I drove it home I noticed that it had a hole the size of a penny in the windshield on the passenger side. A week later, brake lights went out. A week later another light went out. Noticed many touch ups in the paint (done well) but, naturally, I wondered how so much could be going on with a newer car with low miles so I researched to find that you can turn back an odometer. Per the Carfax the dealer purchased at auction so I am NOT accusing BAB of doing this. It makes perfect sense, though, that someone did. The owner promised me a manual when I purchased it but, after 4 months it hasn't come.
I also hired them to sell my old car. The owner (Sam) suggested high end market value (car in great shape, low miles for age, one owner). I have had no updates from them. It has not sold. I called to tell whoever picked up the phone because I cannot speak to Sam lately what my bottom line was and they repriced it at my bottom line (didn't expect that) and when I call to discuss with the owner I'm told that Sam will call me back but he never does. I need the money for the sale.
I cannot say that I would recommend the dealer or not but I'm checking no and will change it if prompted. There are good deals but a lack of communication and seems to be a lack of interest. I'm in a customer service job so I know that keeping in touch is important (even returning a call). This may be an isolated incident all around. Maybe after reading this they will respond as I'm seeing on other posts. They obviously care about their ratings.

I have been in contact but have not actually visited the dealership. The sales rep(S) has been in contact with me and they do have one, possibly two, cars that fit the criteria of what we're looking for.
Professional and Honest. Best buying experience i have ever had. Purchased a CTS V Sport last Wednesday. Entire Staff was great.
