It was Monday temp was in the teens and my heater went out .I called Columbia Ford and spoke to Bobby in service and he said bring it in. With no appointment they repaired my truck. The staff was friendly and very helpful and keeped me posted on the progress. I would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness.
Very well laid out showroom, as well as good variety of vehicles. While shopping there my wife text me that a Sportage we had looked at the day before had been reduced to the price we offered. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere.

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from the Cool Springs Global Motorsports location today! That alone should tell you how satisfied we are with this dealer and the people who work there. If you want a great selection of sporty and/or luxury used cars at fair prices (let someone else take the depreciation hit the moment they drive a new car off a lot!!), definitely add Global Motorsports to your list of dealers to visit. Greg Lofton, our sales rep for today's purchase, was about as low-key as they come. When I went to the dealership last week to drive three different cars, he handed me all three keys and said to go out and drive. I love the fact that I could test drive it by myself and take it out on the Interstate to really get a feel for each car's performance.
As a side note, I did NOT have a similar experience at a local luxury car dealership. There, the sales rep went with me and all I could do was a 6-mile loop in the area with only about 3/4 of mile being interstate driving. There was no WAY you could get a feel for how a car would perform in such a limited test drive. Stupid dealership policy if you ask me.
So back to Global Motorsports. My husband and I left today feeling we got a fair price for the car we were trading (which we had bought there about 4 years ago!) as well as the car we were purchasing.
We do our homework on car values before we go so we had very specific figures for what we were willing to accept for each car and in each case Greg met those figures.
We will enjoy our purchase for now but when the time comes to look for a replacement, you can bet we'll check out Global Motorsports' inventory when we do.
Just got home with my new truck. Everything from the first contact to the follow up was first class. Sales person David was absolutely great. I've bought over 30 used cars and this was the best experience of them all. Highly recommend

MY expereince with this dealership was really great. I didnt quite get the price i wanted but settled for the discount i did get on a used 2014 BMW 435i . My expereince as a whole was made completely smooth and seamless by Caleb Jeffreys,he gave me all the information i needed and worked with me for hours after closing to make sure we got the deal done,when i got into the car he had gotten it squeaky clean and warmed up for me .He even went as far as helping me get to the airport and back to drop off the rental i drove there(I had driven 4hrs30min from Columbus,IN to Nashville). Heck,my birthday was the next week,he sent me a text to say happy birthday and check on the car as well. You just dont get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. Needless to say the car is running fine ,confirmed that through the 4hr30min drive back home. Looking forward to enjoying it and working with Caleb and BMW Nashville on my next purchase once i decide to level up.
We fully expected at least a phone call or email to check on satisfaction, process, etc. We have heard absolutely ZERO from this dealer. Very surprised and disappointed in this BMW dealership.
