A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. I wanted to pay cash for the car, but they talked me into financing by saying no interest would be charged if I paid it off as soon as I got the statement. Well I got the statement on 4/17/26. I called Fifth Third bank on that same day to initiate payoff. The processed the pay off but I was charged almost $400 interest because the interest starts accruing the day the loan is approved. I was upset about this because I was told no interest would be charged. Warning to others who intend to pay cash for your vehicle. Don?t let them talk you into financing!!!

Typically we were given an agreed price and then once we got to the other dealership, the price went up with tons of fees added. This did not happen with Mark at Kia of Cape Coral. He was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. He made the car buying process a positive experience for us. I highly recommend him if you are in this area and in the market to buy a car. He will do his best to make sure you are treated well throughout the process. This was my daughter’s first new car and it took a little longer through the financing process but he stayed past his normal hours to make sure it was all completed before he left us. Thank you so much Mark! You have earned our business on any future car purchase. I had to share this experience because I know this isn’t the normal experience at most car dealerships. Mark was an exception to the experiences we have had in the past.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

2025 BMW 760 review
Car is amazing, basically a German Rolls Royce. Build quality is first rate. Very comfortable seats and multi adjustable with massage. User interface is great with a small learning curve. Very aggressive styling and the Swarovski running lights are super cool. Destroys the competition from Benz and Audi. Twin turbo V8 best engine built. If you’re looking for a big luxury cruiser, this his is it. A bit expensive but worth it. Best in class.

2023 BMW 530e review
Amazing car. My first PHEV. Charges itself while you drive, charges at home on a normal outlet, and gets great mileage anyway if you don't want to charge it. 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds. Classic BMW smooth and quiet feel and luxury interior. Handles really well, great sound system. The only down side is that now I have to buy the wifey one. ;)

2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

After a week of going back and forth with them, I unfortunately started to feel more like a dollar sign than a person. I already knew I wanted a 2026 MINI Convertible, but something told me to look around a little more. That?s when I came across the inventory at MINI of Fort Myers and found almost the exact car I had been hoping for. I called and connected with Sam, and from the very first conversation he made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. His warm, friendly attitude immediately stood out. He took the time to send plenty of photos, answer every question I had, and walk me through all the details. Most importantly, we were able to come to a price that felt fair and good for both of us ? something I hadn?t experienced with the other dealership. The entire process felt genuine, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. I absolutely love my new MINI! It?s my first one, and I already have a feeling it won?t be my last. And if that?s the case, I will gladly make the drive back to MINI of Fort Myers to work with Sam again. Highly recommend!
2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I dealt with Chris and Shawn and both were very encouraging and helpful in my selling my car to them. The day I took my car in to sell I asked for the car seat to be pulled out. Unfortunately Shawn and the General Manager,Chris had a difficult time. Chris offered to purchase and send a replacement car seat to me but I haven’t heard back from them as yet. I’ve called twice. I’m concerned as they may have my incorrect address and I need to take my grandbaby in the car on Friday. I thought Chris the manger was very generous and I’m hoping to hear from him soon.

2012 BMW 328 review
I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

2011 BMW 328 review
My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

2025 BMW M5 review
The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.
