The car has been an absolute joy to own. It’s never disappointed me. It feels very luxurious — from the comfortable seats to the overall ride quality, safety features, and reliability. It’s also a real head-turner with a sleek design and plenty of power when you want it. It strikes a perfect balance between performance and comfort.

Mr Kennedy was great , professional helpful, knowledgeable, professional prompt. This makes the review process a pain in the butt. If Mr Kennedy was not suck a good guy I would not of bothered to fill this out.

Awesome power, handling and impeccable look. Performance is unmatched, best high end EV in the market. Very spacious and roomy all around. Kids love it for long trips. Like every EV you have to monitor your mileage map your routes for charging stations on long routes.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. I recently purchased a 2026 BMW X3. So far, I love it! The customer service was excellent. It was not high pressure. The sales rep was very patient when explaining how all the electronics work. I would go back there.

I purchased a BMW X7 that was a year old. It had some door dings and they agreed to repair them as a part of the sale. I dropped the car off a week later. Christian was excellent and provided me a loaner and the car was completed the next day. The dings/scratches were repaired, but still noticeable. I would call it a very good, but not excellent. I'm grateful they offered to repair them and it's a lot better than leaving them unattended. Thanks, Christian!

We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I have been driving BMW since my first 320i in "79" I sold my 2004 645ci 6 speed with 123K miles for top dollar, & purchased this beauty. I love the way this car handles with the M & executive packages. The six cylinder with the single turbo has plenty of pep. The first day I put the temporary plates on it I had two different people approach me to inquire about the car. With only 25K miles on the odometer this Florida car rides like a brand new one. No more shifting which is delightful for my two new hips.....

The facilities in Bel Air, MD has a comfortable atmosphere while waiting for repairs. Reps are friendly and will explain your repairs. They also give phone updates while you wait. They automatically look for any coupons or specials to help reduce repair or general maintenance costs.

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. 109,000 miles on my 2019 BMW 530e and it drives like the day I bought it. Original brakes, 2 sets of new performance tires since purchased new. Keep it services precisely to timeliness at the dealership, where service department provides a loaner. Favorite car of 13 lifetime purchases (which is why we still have it).

Ian was great in helping me to buy a 2024 Model Y! The car is in excellent condition and I feel the price is very fair. Ian went out his way to help in getting the initial Tesla App account setup on the spot and helped me to contact the Tesla service center to make sure I can get charging during the long return drive.
