BMW ClevelandReviews
BMW Cleveland review
I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. Again, I was very satisfied with the service I received from BMW of Cleveland.

2024 BMW X4 review
This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

Eddie Auto BrokersReviews
Eddie Auto Brokers review
I drove from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH to buy a car from Eddie, I'd do it all over again without a second thought. I've bought many cars but this way by FAR the best experience I've ever had from an auto dealership. Eddie and his wife aside from being very nice and great people, are honest, fair, and genuinely care about the cars they sell and the people they are selling them to. I strongly advise anybody looking for a car to shop here. There's a reason why he's been in business so long. As a business owner, I really like for my money not just to go towards a quality product, but to go to good people, that's exactly the case with Eddie's Auto Broker. Not only will he put you in a good car, but you'll walk away knowing you got a good deal and your money went to a great family and a great business.
2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

BMW of Westlake review
I dropped my 2026 X5 off for its first oil change. Received a courtesy ride back to my house. Received a text containing a video of the service tech walking around the vehicle explaining the condition of my vehicle's brakes and tires. Cory at the service desk did a great job as well. About 1 year later and I am very happy with my BMW purchase.
2025 BMW X5 review
The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

AutoNation Ford Westlake review
After visiting several dealerships over the past few months, I was pleasantly surprised with how calm and easy my experience was. Jacob was not pushy, down to earth, and fair. I’ve never had service here, yet, so I cannot speak to that portion but my sales experience was 5 stars. 🌟
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

My car was damaged in an accident and the body shop I was sent to by my insurance could not figure out the electronic repairs required .The technicians at BMW of Westlake figured out the issues within hours and Brittany (my service manager) was amazing at coordinating with my insurance adjuster . She also kept me updated througout the process. Would recommend this dealership for any repairs or buying a new car. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Jack was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable and showed us a number of cars with the options we were looking for to compare make and models. Would definitely look for a car with him again.
2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Quick to respond to several messages. Seemed interested in helping me with the purchase and asked what they could do to make me happy
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Matt and his staff made the purchasing process with professionalism and low stress. Signed required paperwork and drove the F Pace S the same day
2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I had an overall great experience purchasing my first Mercedes-Benz! Joe really made the experience feel special from start to finish. He even had the car covered with a bow for the full reveal, which made such a big milestone feel even more exciting and memorable. I truly appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. It was the perfect way to celebrate getting my first Benz!

Great Service. Checked in quickly and kept informed until completion. They even shared a video of what was done and why. I was very happy.
2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

I drove 5 hours to get to Next Step to purchase my car. It was quite the trip, but totally worth it. The reason is that #1, they are very honest and kind. Matt and Mike are upfront and have a great deal of integrity. They worked together to get my business and to seek out options that allowed me to leave extremely happy and well taken care of. When my wife updates her van, you know where I will be contacting first! Great job guys!!!
2020 BMW X7 review
A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.
