I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Tell Sam I sent you, he will take great care of you!
2016 BMW 228 review
2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The first deal was done over the phone until I drove over to make the trade, sign the papers, then drive home my new Elantra Hybrid Limited. The second trade was done completely remote, with a driver bringing the new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid to the house along with the paperwork to sign. The driver drove off in my wife's CRV hybrid.

2015 BMW X3 review
This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

2014 BMW X5 review
I love this car so much! As a traveling doctor, this vehicle has safely climb passes cover in snow and ice, held steady on black ice, muscled through torrential downpour rain and never faultered. Between the traction control, quick response, no accidents. And when its dry road, it handles like a sports car. All the while I am surrounded with an amazing audio system.

They don’t make them like this anymore it depends on if you have the standard or M class which has the twin turbo and the sport body kit not to be confused with the M “series” I love the cockpit how convenient the location of controls and info center the outside is sport aggressive styling it’s rear wheel drive so it’s shows out on the highway 100 feels like 60 both M’s have low profile tires handling is built to be tight

This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. They don’t make them like this anymore it depends on if you have the standard or M class which has the twin turbo and the sport body kit not to be confused with the M “series” I love the cockpit how convenient the location of controls and info center the outside is sport aggressive styling it’s rear wheel drive so it’s shows out on the highway 100 feels like 60 both M’s have low profile tires handling is built to be tight

2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

2013 BMW 528 review
Recently purchased 2013 bmw 528i Xdrive - Alpine white over cinnamon brown beautiful spec. 80k miles - 6 months later no problems. Equipped with cold weather package - and 360 camera. Amazing technology for the year. The illuminated door handles at night really provide a luxury feel before entering the comfortable interior. Extremely smooth drive but then you put it in Sport mode and everything changes - faster throttle response. Tighter steering, propelling you forward leaving everyone in your rear view. The sound system although not specified as Harman/Kardon still is loud enough for me to not care. Really loud and stock Bluetooth connectivity is great. Engine has light rattle sound on start up but it’s a common noise for that base engine and gets quieter when engine warms up. First bmw and easily stands out as one of my favorite cars owned to date.

The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.

2017 BMW 750 review
Got one of these gem for $20k (2017 750i with over $20k worth of options). At this price, this is worth every penny. Got small cosmetic things to fix and tablet/remote control missing that I ordered. Got about $12k worth of repair in 110k miles, so reliability is ok. Fun to drive, not an Alpina B7 or V12 but still plenty of power and can smoke almost any xxxxxxx that want to "race". I recommend getting one as this N63TU2 motor is quite reliable and fun to have. Enjoy guys!!!

2016 BMW 340 review
Super fast. Very comfortable interior. Simply a pleasure to drive. A couple of annoying caveats about the interior design, specifically the door lock switch being in the center of the dashboard, and the window seals around the driver side and passenger side front windows can leak a little air at high speeds. Those are superficial.
