Legend Nissan review
The lease was up on my 2023 Nissan Altima. Legend Nissan is my dealership of choice. I had previously leased an Altima, then a Maxima then another Altima. The 2023 I ended up getting was still during the tail end of the COVID nonsense and unfortunately, the sales person that was there at the time couldn’t match a different dealerships price and it was enough of a difference that I couldn’t afford the difference. That said, the dealership that I got the 2023 from I actually think leased me a car that was damaged at some point even though it only had 9 miles on it. Anyway, this car which is a 2026 Nissan Rouge I researched and and much communication with multiple, four dealerships and Legend had the best price, by far, significantly better than any other dealerships I checked with on Long Island, Again, Legend is my dealership of our choice for that reason and also the service department is outstanding!
2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

2024 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

2025 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L Review (1,500 miles) After careful research, I purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L and have now put just over 1,500 miles on it. As a tough critic, I’d give the car an overall 9/10, with many aspects deserving 4.5/5 stars. What I Like: The Accord feels exceptionally well-refined, handsome inside and out, and surprisingly high-quality. The dashboard and infotainment system are straightforward, responsive, and user-friendly. Controls are logically placed, voice commands and hands-free calling work reliably, and call quality is excellent on both ends. I especially love the regenerative braking paddles on the steering wheel. They keep me engaged while driving (especially in the city), help recharge the battery, and reduce wear on the brake pads. The driving experience is a highlight — the car feels agile and nimble in traffic, with competent acceleration, steering, and braking. It simply feels well-engineered and enjoyable to drive. On cold Michigan mornings, the vehicle warms up quickly, the windshield defrosts fast, and the cabin reaches a comfortable temperature within about five minutes of remote start. The three-level seat heaters are effective and useful for maintaining comfort without running the heater constantly. What I Don’t Like: Headlights: While the low and high beams provide good visibility, the automatic high-beam system is finicky. It sometimes stays on too long when oncoming traffic approaches, unlike the flawless system in my previous 2018 F-150. Seat Comfort & Space: For my daily 70-mile commute, the seats are adequate. As a 6’0”, 250 lb driver, I have plenty of headroom and the car comfortably fits five adults. However, I suspect the seats may not be plush enough for longer trips, and I wish there was a bit more legroom. Fuel Economy: This is my biggest disappointment so far. I drive about 85% highway miles. In cold weather (low 40s°F). I’ve been struggling to break 38–39 mpg, with occasional warmer drives reaching 42–43 mpg. I was hoping for closer to the advertised 48 mpg combined, even in winter, and expect improvement as temperatures rise. Data Privacy: I discovered after purchase that Honda and Google are collecting significant driving and vehicle data with limited options to control or limit what is shared with them and third parties. Overall Verdict: The Accord Hybrid EX-L is a refined, comfortable, and enjoyable daily driver with excellent build quality and thoughtful features. Minor frustrations with the auto high-beams, seat comfort for long trips, and lower-than-expected MPG in cold weather keep it from a perfect score. 2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

2020 Honda Odyssey review

2023 Kia Niro review
This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

2019 Jeep Compass review
In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.
