The staff at Shiflett ford are always looking out for my driving welfare, checking things that I don't even think to have checked. Knowing I was going to be traveling with our fifth wheel RV they knew I would want fresh oil with the new tires I wanted, they where very correct. Love the extra care that goes into my service. The service department is new and keep very clean and the shop is orderly and neat. From Roger to the mechanics all the staff is friendly and caring.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! Thank you all at VROOM........

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

This car really impressed me. We didn’t come here looking for a Buick, but we bought one. Extremely happy with our purchase. The buying experience here at Ferguson GMC was amazing.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
Found the van we wanted and filled out the paperwork and a week later I had a Honda Odyssey in my driveway. This is by far the easiest, hassle free way to buy a car. Eric Smith was phenomenal answering any questions I had and very accommodating during the entire process. I will never go to a traditional dealership to buy another car. I can not recommend vroom highly enough. Give it a try, you won???t be disappointed.

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
The purchase was simple and easy. I will purchase my next care from VROOM. I would highly recommend buying a car from VROOM. It took about an hours over the phone and VROOM kept you posted of everything happening in the delivery process. They took care of everything. Thanks.

This vehicle has exceeded all of my needs. It is has lots of leg room, comfortable seats that cradle my lumbar region, and so many cool features! It has navigation, Bose 10 speaker sound system, and it integrated my iPhone! It rides smoothly and has a lot of safety features like lane deterrent, side and overhead air bags, back up assist camera, and prevents roll over! It is dark sapphire blue with black interior with leather ! Gorgeous inside and out!!! Absolutely love this SUV!!!

Comfy but not mechanically reliable

I bought this car used at 60k miles. Its comfy, but I have had three major mechanical issues with it. Each issue costing me about $2,000.
The staff was very professional. Ronnie Pereira was very down to earth and professional. He was knowledgeable and made the process easy. No pressure into buying. Definitely recommended sales person.

We have had this used 25 k mi beauty for a month now. We did our annual road trip up the Oregon Coast.
Pros. Great Fry. car. Over the 23 mpg listed. Once I adjusted the seat, it was very comfortable, I have some back problems, but no problem driving this baby over 200 Miles. The heated seats helped too. It’s a great road trip car. We now have a car that can carry 6-7 people fairly comfortably. The cargo space is huge, if necessary I could put an air mattress in there and stretch out and still have room. Great sound system and instrument cluster.
Cons: compared to our ’03 Olds Bravada, 112k miles, I don’t feel like the in town driving is as smooth on the Enclave, there definitely more blind spots, and it feels Big even though it’s the same size as the Olds.
Wood trim is cheesy but acceptable. Some of the steering wheel instruments are not as easy to use as those on the Olds were, causing me to take my eyes off the road. I guess I’ll get used to using them before I have an accident ’. Looking forward to a long relationship with Buick. B. T. W. My 1st car was ’36 Buick coupe

I was T-boned on the driver's side in an intersection by a woman driving a quad-cab pickup. She ran the red light and I was hit HARD. Had whiplash and contusions to my left wrist; now I'm told I have a cracked vertebrae in my neck. Thank God for side-curtain airbags and a car that doesn't roll over easily. In fact, I was so impressed by the protection the vehicle gave me that I bought a replacement Enclave for the one that was totaled.
Walked in and was greeted right away. Talked about my trade-in and the vehicle I was looking for. Prices were right on target and fair to where they were during my research on line. They were very friendly and courteous through my the time there. Went over my new vehicle in great detail and answered all of my questions. Love my new GMC ride!!! Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

The customer service was excellent. BUT... I have been to other service dealerships where they have much nicer facilities for customers waiting for their car to be serviced. Nicer waiting rooms with complimentary snacks, USA Today, and computers. Please consider upgrading the facilities.
