The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
The staff at Shiflett ford are always looking out for my driving welfare, checking things that I don't even think to have checked. Knowing I was going to be traveling with our fifth wheel RV they knew I would want fresh oil with the new tires I wanted, they where very correct. Love the extra care that goes into my service. The service department is new and keep very clean and the shop is orderly and neat. From Roger to the mechanics all the staff is friendly and caring.

We just purchased this car and really love it. Comfort, style and classy! I would recommend this car to anyone. A little pricey but seems worth the money.
One of the best buying experiences that I have ever had at a dealership. I would go back and highly recommend them for your next vehicle. Though I've had the car for 8 years, it only has 28K miles on it. So far the only thing that has had to be done was replace the battery after 5 years. Obviously gonna keep it.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
Walked in and was greeted right away. Talked about my trade-in and the vehicle I was looking for. Prices were right on target and fair to where they were during my research on line. They were very friendly and courteous through my the time there. Went over my new vehicle in great detail and answered all of my questions. Love my new GMC ride!!! One fantastic car and a true pleasure to own! I cannot add much more to the previous reviews I submitted but from my nearly 4 year ownership of this car I can say that this Lacrosse has solidly sold me on Buick. Other than GM's recommended scheduled maintenance there have been no other services needed---that's it ---no other. My Lacrosse is still getting approximately 23 MPG (again, city driving mostly with very few highway trips needed) using 89 octane from the companies' formulas recommended in the owner's manual, performance from the 6 cylinder engine is like new, no irritating quirks/sounds that one begins to notice after a period of ownership and as recently as this past week the car is still getting compliments on its looks---from passersby. (I'm sure that detailing it twice a year and frequent washes help.)
It is worthy that I mention, again, it still feels solid and handles like new!I am looking forward to many more years of satisfying ownership with this LaCrosse but when it comes time to trade Buick is my choice.
Purchasing the Buick LaCrosse was one of the best auto purchasing choices I made.
I was in for a oil change, factory recall, and mysterious squeaking noise in the suspension. Mr. Wakefield was in the service department and pulled my car in and assisted the service dept with the odometer reading. The courtesy driver took me to and from work that day. They completed the oil change and recall but my car needed a part which would be in the next business day (Monday). I scheduled service for Tuesday and dropped it off in the early AM. I told them I needed it back by 1 pm. I received a call at 1 stating it was ready and they sent the driver over to pick me up. It was a great experience and the service department deserves many thanks.

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
I have just purchased my 3rd car from Sports and Imports Cars; one Lexus LS 430; one Lexus LS 460 and and a Volvo XC 90. This is the only place that I would anticipate buying a used car due to the quality, condition, value for the dollar, and excellent service. I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
This is one, if not my "Best Ever", car buying experience. I found a make and model I had been searching for several months. I especially liked the CarFax info and the professionalism of the experienced staff.

This is the best car I have ever owned I absolutely love the 2010 to 2016 model Buick LaCrosse they are worth every penny. I have owned and drove many different kinds of cars and I have to say Buick LaCrosse is my all time #1 favorite
If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. This car has met all my needs - and is definitely a luxury car. I got all the bells and whistles - and paid dearly for them. :-) It seems a little noisier than my last car (that I too loved - 2011 Azzera) - but still quite a car!!
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

I am 49 and have owned many cars. This is my first Buick. I have the Buick premium 2 which means I have every available option except for AWD. In short, this Buick is an extraordinary automotomible and offers the best of what GM has to give at the moment.
My Buick is outfitted with Magnetic Ride suspension something that GM only uses in its high end models. Not all 2015 Buicks have this suspension as 20 inch tires and I believe the Premium 2 package is needed. I would not have purchased this car with the Magnetic ride. The Magnetic ride suspension rivals the best suspensions of Mercedes and Audi. This particular suspension uses heated coils to create a phenomenal ride that constantly monitors the road for imperfections and bad pavement issues.
In addition to the exceptional ride, the car is very quiet, quieter even than the Cadillac XTS, the car that shares the same platform as the Buick Lacrosse. My Lacrosse has the upgrade 11 speaker Bose sound system, upgraded leather and a panoramic roof. It also have navigation( the screen is plush but very slow to respond)
I know that the Lacrosse does not sell well in the States but does sell very well in China. Have no idea what Buick spent to develop this car, but I know it must have been a great deal. It’s to bad that so few people have purchased this car as they are missing out on what is one the best automobiles on the road today.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

It is a very comfortable convertible with surprising room. It is not what I would classify as a sports car but rather a touring car which is what I wanted.
Found the van we wanted and filled out the paperwork and a week later I had a Honda Odyssey in my driveway. This is by far the easiest, hassle free way to buy a car. Eric Smith was phenomenal answering any questions I had and very accommodating during the entire process. I will never go to a traditional dealership to buy another car. I can not recommend vroom highly enough. Give it a try, you won???t be disappointed.
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.
