Comfy but not mechanically reliable

I bought this car used at 60k miles. Its comfy, but I have had three major mechanical issues with it. Each issue costing me about $2,000.
I worked with Chris and Dustin for a week and they were awesome to work with. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We just purchased this car and really love it. Comfort, style and classy! I would recommend this car to anyone. A little pricey but seems worth the money.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Great road trip car

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

My new caw=r is a 2016 Buick Enclave and I love it! White frost exterior w/ ebony leather interior; it's so luxurious! Best car ever.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Simply the best 3 row suv out there,superb ride,extremely quite on the road,ive been an auto technician for 29 years, I’ve worked for Toyota which was the most reliable, Lincoln which rode the best and was the most quietest and Pontiac which was the fastest, Out of the 23 cars I’ve owned my buick is on top and I challenge any of you Acura, Lexus, infinity owners to a ride & comfort contest!!

This vehicle has exceeded all of my needs. It is has lots of leg room, comfortable seats that cradle my lumbar region, and so many cool features! It has navigation, Bose 10 speaker sound system, and it integrated my iPhone! It rides smoothly and has a lot of safety features like lane deterrent, side and overhead air bags, back up assist camera, and prevents roll over! It is dark sapphire blue with black interior with leather ! Gorgeous inside and out!!! Absolutely love this SUV!!!
I was T-boned on the driver's side in an intersection by a woman driving a quad-cab pickup. She ran the red light and I was hit HARD. Had whiplash and contusions to my left wrist; now I'm told I have a cracked vertebrae in my neck. Thank God for side-curtain airbags and a car that doesn't roll over easily. In fact, I was so impressed by the protection the vehicle gave me that I bought a replacement Enclave for the one that was totaled.
First time at this dealership! Clean, organized and nice environment. Friendly staff willing to work with the customer. Spent one hour there to test drive and finished the deal from the house! Phil Taylor was great to work with and I would buy from him again. Phil and his team went above and beyond believe it or not to make this deal happen. This was a car buying experience for my grandson and he got what he wanted and needed!

We have had this used 25 k mi beauty for a month now. We did our annual road trip up the Oregon Coast.
Pros. Great Fry. car. Over the 23 mpg listed. Once I adjusted the seat, it was very comfortable, I have some back problems, but no problem driving this baby over 200 Miles. The heated seats helped too. It’s a great road trip car. We now have a car that can carry 6-7 people fairly comfortably. The cargo space is huge, if necessary I could put an air mattress in there and stretch out and still have room. Great sound system and instrument cluster.
Cons: compared to our ’03 Olds Bravada, 112k miles, I don’t feel like the in town driving is as smooth on the Enclave, there definitely more blind spots, and it feels Big even though it’s the same size as the Olds.
Wood trim is cheesy but acceptable. Some of the steering wheel instruments are not as easy to use as those on the Olds were, causing me to take my eyes off the road. I guess I’ll get used to using them before I have an accident ’. Looking forward to a long relationship with Buick. B. T. W. My 1st car was ’36 Buick coupe
Don Sanders is ALWAYS there for you no matter how long it has been since a car has been bought at this dealership. You can call at any time and he answers questions and gives help that many salesmen have no interest in doing. He even calls to check up on you years after a car has been bought!

Best space among these suvs. Nice powerful car. Lots of space. Very good at the freeway, a little bit expensive for gas, little space on the back.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a Buick Encore. I was interested in a small SUV/cross over vehicle since I sometimes commute long distances for work. I did not anticipate purchasing a vehicle that particular day, I just wanted to test drive it so I can have some options. As we arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted by salesman Anthony Gioia. He was very understanding of the fact that we were just test driving a vehicle to narrow down our options. He asked us specific questions about what we were interested in and he showed us the Encore. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle and all its perks. Anthony was not a typical salesman. He didn't force the issue about trying to make a sale. He treated us like we had been long lost friends that were reconnecting. The entire experience was something that I didn't nor would expect from a dealership and it was so relaxing that we decided to purchase the vehicle right there on the spot. I would definately recommend going to Coggin Buick of Orange Park and asking for Anthony Gioia for all your purchasing needs. He is a great guy and treats you like family. Very comfortable vehicle but it is going to be a major drain on your free cash. Had the transmission rebuilt at 93K. Very comfy but I don't trust it to drive out of towns since it is a mechanical xxx.
