Foundxthe car I was lookingChad was I found my car on the lot and met Chad the sales assic. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, communicated well, and a genuinely nice guy. He said as I was leaving with my new GMC "you have a nice vehicle there"! He was right, I love it. I also learned that a car is now called a whip:) Thanks Chad!

Betten Chevrolet Cadillac GMC Buick of Muskegon review
If you are thinking of purchasing from Brock here at Betten Chevy/GMC, look no further. Ask for Brock Williams. I had never renewed a lease and with his help and the perfect truck for me- he made the process so easy. He is kind, gentle, helpful, keeps his promise, and the most trustworthy salesman I have ever worked with to make a car purchase. Everything I asked for he delivered. I live 1.5 hours away and I will make sure to return to him when my lease is up again. No one tops his customer service and I know he will treat you the same.

Round two with Antoine! Once again Antoine took great care of me. And of course when you find a sales consultant like Antoine you will continue to do repeat business.
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

Purchased a used muscle car from Crown. They were great - friendly, professional, and wonderfully cooperative throughout the process. Reviewed everything known about the car (and any issues). Had their service folks show me under the car. Great experience. Who knew they had an inventory of American muscle cars at their shop. Sales folks and Sales manager were all great to work with. Thumbs up and all FIVES!!

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Harvey Cadillac Lexus and Auto Outlet review
This is truly a 5-star dealership-Lexus is the only part I’ve dealt with. Their facility is beautiful & immaculately clean. The employees are 10 out of 10 Stars. They’re very professional yet “home town” friendly & very knowledgeable & respectful & straightforward honest. The quality of work is outstanding & the “extras” they do are wonderful & so appreciated! Since buying my first Lexus in 2015 I haven’t found another dealership that literally rates 5-stars in every single factor of outstanding quality business! Plus the quality of my vehicles & their performance/reliability etc is impeccable excellence! I must give a special shoutout for Coreen in Service. There’s none better & she truly makes Lexus proud in her excellence in job performance & personality & interaction with people-just everything! She is a blessing for both employer & customers! Big thank you to her for making every experience I’ve had with Lexus top quality & very enjoyable! All In all Harvey Lexus is the best!

Walt Sicard Car CompanyReviews
Walt Sicard Car Company review
OLD-FASHIONED WE REALLY CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE: I want to give a shout out today to Walt Sicard Car Company (South Haven) and Ridley?s Automotive repair (Pullman.). On New Year?s Day Gene and I found ourselves in South Haven with rapidly failing truck brakes. As we drove around trying to find a repair business that was open we found ourselves getting more and more desperate as the grinding and vehicle shaking increased. No one was open. Finally we headed toward home (quite afraid we would not make it and be stranded on the side of the roadway in the cold and snow) and when we saw the ?open? sign at Ridley?s Automotive Repairs on 109th St. near our Pullman home. We pulled in. Mr. Ridley scheduled our repair for the following day and gave us a ride home. When I spoke to Walt Sicard the following day, I explained the situation and that we had had our brakes, calipers and shoes replaced at The Sicard Service Center on 1-4-16, not yet meeting the one year warranty. Walt listened carefully and took it from there. He spoke to Mr. Ridley and they worked out the situation to our satisfaction. Walt made this situation right in the old fashioned way that businesses used to do years ago when customer service was a priority and your customers were the number one importance. We bought our used Subaru at Walt Sicard's Car Company a little over a year ago and have been 100 % satisfied. We have been buying our tires and getting our truck repairs done at the Sicard?s Service Center this past year and with the exception of these failing brakes (due I am sure to a failure in the equipment) we have been 100% satisfied. We could not be more please at how we have been consistently treated by Walt Sicard. I highly recommend his employees, his auto center and his service center. You will not be sorry?we are definitely not sorry we do business with him. Thank you Walt!!
