Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. 2024 Buick Envision review
This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

2023 Buick Envision review
My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Long Cadillac review
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it?s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
2017 Buick Envision review
For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

2019 Buick Envision review
This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.

2022 Buick Envision review
I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

2025 Buick Envision review
I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! I can not say enough about my experience at Long Cadillac. I was referred by a friend that has worked with Long over the past several years; his referral was nothing short of spot-on. 2017 Buick Envision review
I love the vehicle/suv, but I had to get used to the engine shutting off when you come to stop. It’s fun to drive, and we’ve took it on a few trips but just as I put a little over 50,000 miles on it the adaptive cruise control quit working and it was no longer under warranty, I thought that was weird..

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. 2017 Buick Envision review
I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.

Portsmouth Volkswagen review
Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.
2017 Buick Envision review
It has capacity for 5, it has sufficient luggage capacity and all new features. Comfort level is the standard Buick level which is the best. I am a Buick driver for 22 plus years and I am in this country for almost the same time.

2019 Buick Envision review
I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Chevrolet Buick GMC of Attleboro review
SALES REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND: After several failed calls with other dealerships in the area to find what we were looking for; we landed at GMC of Attleboro with Danny Jamgochian taking our call and answering all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Danny was beyond helpful as we were purchasing two company vehicles that needed to be delivered to Nantucket. He always followed up with pertinent information [often on his 'day off'] with a zero-pressure attitude. Almost the entire transaction was handled over the phone which made our experience seamless being we were traveling over 2hrs away. Once we arrived at the dealership, Danny was focused on our needs and considerate of our time constraints. He also introduced us to General Manager, Gil Silva who helped facilitate us getting exactly what we needed/wanted with ease and with a family-oriented feel for our sales transaction. While we waited for the Business Manager, Dennis Yu to prepare all the financial paperwork - we were offered lunch which was a lovely touch. Before we knew it, our paperwork was ready to sign with the financing secured at the rate promised. While most clients dread going into the Finance office; Dennis was prepared and offered us the coverages that we needed without any pressure of selecting anything. We would highly recommend GMC of Attleboro to friends/family or anyone else reading this review! Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and made us feel like we were the only customers in the dealership. The facility was also very impressive, modern, clean/organized and offered many amenities throughout the Service Dept. [customer waiting lounge, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi] *Note: The second vehicle we were purchasing had not arrived at the dealership on the day we visited but that didn't stop Danny & the rest of the team at GMC of Attleboro from making the process of delivering it to us easy! The paperwork was sent ahead of time, the drivers delivered the vehicle in pristine condition, and they were both very polite and excited for us. Thank you to Danny, Gil and the entire team at GMC of Attleboro for making our dual vehicle purchase one we will never forget! It was truly a pleasure to do business with this group of talented individuals and we will certainly be loyal clients after our experience. Keep up the good work!
2022 Buick Envision review
We bought a new Buick Envision Avenir a few weeks ago and it's a beauty. Styling is beautiful and it handles really nice. Interior is very comfortable.

Vendetti Buick GMC review
I had a fabulous experience purchasing my Sierra. There is NO pressure which is a breath of fresh air. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and you will feel very confident in buying from them. I go there for service too and everyone remembers who you are and they come up to you to say hello. If I could give them more stars I would. This dealer is exquisite.
2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!
