This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!

The warranty covered a replacement motor, but it replaced my motor with a motor with 20,000 more miles on it. So now I have a car with 75,000 miles on the odometer and 95,000 miles on a motor that sounds just as bad as the one they replaced!!
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from wood house in the last year and both times it was a great experience thanks Tim Fancher(Jeep side) for recommending Seth on the GMC side would recommend either of these sales men for your vehicle needs

Bought this car 9 months ago and I love it. It’s fully loaded and drives like a dream. Love the features and all the bells and whistles. This is a great car and I’m going to enjoy owning it.

No wonder this Buick has had overall excellent ratings. It is a beautiful, comfortable automobile with plenty of performance. No, it is not a Mercedes or BMW but then, it is $30,000 less and in our opinion better looking.
In the 2 years that we have owned our Buick it has only been to the dealer for oil changes. We have averaged over 20 mpg with mostly city and expressway driving and over 28 mpg highway with the 3.6 V6.
Michele (sp) was great to find an appointment that worked for me and Austin was a true professional in the Service Department! This was truly a great experience.

This is the best car I have ever owned I absolutely love the 2010 to 2016 model Buick LaCrosse they are worth every penny. I have owned and drove many different kinds of cars and I have to say Buick LaCrosse is my all time #1 favorite
We had a great experience in the purchase of a used car from Holcomb. The car is every thing they said it to be. Clean, fully checked from inside out, and found only small things that needed fixed. Holcomb jumped right on them and had them fixed before we picked up the car. Holcomb went the extra mile to make sure the car was ready for the Nebraska weather . I would recommend Holcomb to anyone looking for a good used car.

Cars are very comfortable car seats 5 very well very smooth riding has several power cord Outlets MP3 player has they are adjustable seating all power AC heat both front and back has separate for driver and passenger all airbags four-doorcar tells you if anything is wrong especially if there's ice or anything changing on the road must drive see to appreciate
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I purchased my 2016 Buick Lacrosse December 2016. However, on August 22, 2018, not even two years that I have my car there was a problem with the transmission. I had to have it towed to the dealer and their analysis was "the transmission and the car would not even go in reverse. This happened while I was driving on a major street, alone and very scared and upset. I contacted GMC to request that they compensate me for my inconvenience. However, they contacted the dealer and essentially, I was told there was nothing they would do. I explained that I did not feel safe driving a car that is not two years old that has had transmission problems. After they kept the car for week/half I drove the car and it skipped again. Took it back to dealer and service manager drove it but it did not skip on him (doctor in). I have been driving buicks for over 30 years and I am thoroughly disappointed with GMC. I cannot keep paying a car note for a car that has transmission issues before it is even two years old and GMC will not give me any kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GMC EVER AGAIN. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER STEPS. WHAT DO THEY DO, WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS????
Beautiful, luxurious car. Have owned a year and a half with no mechanical problems. Rides great Third Buick we have owned . Still own all 3 . 1978 Buick Riviera, 2003 Buick LaSabre, purchased new, all great cars!

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
Great experience with everyone . They worked around our schedules and our credit freeze issues. I never felt rushed or pressured. Felt like I got a good deal.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.

Just purchased this car a few hours ago for my husband and he is super excited. The drive was smooth, spacious and luxurious. The seats are really comfortable which will be great for when you are stuck in traffic.

Got taken big time with an alert message to get A F L bulb serviced Asked dealer what that meant ,and he said must be a bulb out some were made me think well no big deal. Wrong when I took it to a G M dealer after purchase and four hours in shop I was told that the A F L system was not working at all. They said it is a safety issue and should be fixed at a cost of four thousand dollars. I don't have that kind of money to fix it.
We checked out two other local dealerships (Toyota/Chevy) and Village Pointe earned our business hands-down. Justin D'Angelo was thorough, answered all of our questions and made sure that everything from the vehicle features to financing was transparent. We received two other quotes on our trade in and Justin was able to match that plus offer a better deal on the vehicles. We walked away with fully loaded autos and a great maintenance package for each for less than the other dealership was quoting a purchase / lease combo for two vehicles. If the service department is half as good as the sales / financing is then I will be extremely happy. Thanks for all of your hard work and professionalism Justin. We truly had a great experience, for the first time, buying our vehicles.

This car is safe , solid , great gas mileage, low maintenance, has awesome power , sleek design, haven’t only had very minor problems nothing Abe normal , have 198,000 miles still drives like new .
Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!

This car has met all my needs - and is definitely a luxury car. I got all the bells and whistles - and paid dearly for them. :-) It seems a little noisier than my last car (that I too loved - 2011 Azzera) - but still quite a car!!
We have bought 6 cars from Holcomb and have NEVER been disappointed with any of them. He sales great cars with low miles and they last for ever. We will never but any where else.

I purchased a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport with a lot of options and under 15k miles. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch. I am used to a V-6 AWD vehicle, so it has taken some time getting used to the slower acceleration in normal or ECO mode. In Sport mode, the acceleration is good. I really like the looks of this car. It just stinks you have to go to the Sport or Limited model to get dark interiors, but I'll deal with it.
