We are a third generation customer of the Mangino family and have always received stellar service with the utmost care and respect, from each and every member of their staff and individual teams, be it sales, service or administrative. They have taken the time to get to know each of us through the years and have always offered the personal aspect of customer care that exceeds each and every expectation that is ever had. This recent purchase was one that I have dreamt of for more than 2 decades and it was with great excitement that I finally chose to make it happen. And I can honestly say that it is because of the patience and the kind guidance that was willingly and consistently offered by so many of the folks at Mangino Buick and GMC, that it came to fruition so easily, rapidly and beautifully. The most touching part of this experience was receiving the many genuine and sincere hugs, handshakes and warm smiles that spoke volumes about how this dealership truly values the folks who walk through their door. When you become a Mangino customer, you become part of the Mangino family and are treated with honesty, integrity, sincere caring and respect. That is the Mangino way without question and they stand by that credo in all facets. That is why we are third generation customers and will never go any place else.
I have been a customer at Mangino's for nearly 20 years now. This place is the absolute best around. Nicest people in the car business you'd ever want to meet. Ralph Mangino Jr is a class act and has always treated me with the utmost respect. Same for the service department led by Mike Howell.
Had car serviced yesterday and picked it up this morning. One of the new service advisors named Brian took care of me and provided great service. He went over the bill in detail with me to show what was done in spite of the service area being busy on a Saturday morning.
Facility is absolutely beautiful and the people who work there make any experience at Mangino's a pleasant one. I won't buy or service a vehicle anywhere else and will continue to be a loyal customer until I retire in 13 years and move out of state.
I encourage anyone who reads this to give them a try if you haven't done so already. You will NOT be disappointed !!!!
Ralph, Jr has maintained the dignity of the dealership that his father built. Both he and his sisters manage their dealerships with integrity, honesty, and friendliness. I don't see myself doing my auto business anywhere else.
Well I have been going to Manginos for years. All my parents vehicles came from there and so did my first and third. I made the mistake of jumping ship and came back. the service dept is excellent and the sales people do not pressure you into purchasing if you don't want to. The staff is all very welcoming and considerate of the consumer. I have to thank Ralph Jr and John Schultz for making the process simple and easy.
After an unpleasant experience at another local GMC dealer, a friend recommended that I try Mangino GMC. I normally would not have considered Mangino because of the distance from my house, but decided to make the trip based on my friends recommendation. After one visit, I was so happy that my friend convinced me to try Mangino. The entire team was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and really made the car buying experience pleasant. The Mangino team were very transparent about pricing and more than fair with my trade in. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle, the process was quick and organized. Everything was ready for me and Ned Johnson really took the time to explain all the features of my new vehicle to me. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and The Mangino team really exceeded my expectations.
Gary Valenti & Mangino staff were very courteous & professional in my recall service. Gary even got my Encore's oil changed, tires rotated, etc. completed so that I wouldn't have to come back at a later date! He truly makes you feel that your part of the Mangino Family!
The Service Department treat customers very cordially and respectfully. They take care of all the details making the experience of having your car repaired very comfortable. They gave me peace of mind.
My visit to Northeast Acura was a first, not having purchased an Acura in the past. The salesperson, Emily Famulare, greeted me with a smile, and proceeded to explain the workings of the RDX, went over my many questions with precise answers, pointing out features that made me decide to purchase. The test drive really "sealed the deal" for me. Throughout the rest of the process, Emily, and other associates, acted professionally, courteously, in a warm, friendly manner. Five stars to Northeast Acura!
Damien was so helpful in every aspect of the buying process. This is my second car and first time buying one (first one was grandparents car ) He was so professional, very easy going, made us feel welcomed, and did not pressure us about anything. He worked fast so we weren???t stuck there for hours like everyone has to be prepared for. He worked with us, always communicated with what was happening, where we were in the process , and answered any and all questions. The finance guy, Alvin was also amazing. He also didn???t pressure us into anything and he moved quick with all the papers, answered any financial questions we had, and is so personable. A great person to have in the finance department. If you are looking for a new car and love chevys like I do, go see this guy. Absolutely amazing. Thanks for my new car Damien!
