We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

Going to buy a car from a dealership is dreadful, or so I thought. Royal Automotive altered my perception of car sales; Royal Automotive showed me what car sales should be at all dealerships. Previous dealerships I have worked with fall short in comparison to Royal Automotive. First, let me start by saying that Chase Murphy did not hesitate to treat me the way that I want to be treated as a consumer. Chase did not hesitate to tell me what the appraisal value was for my car, nor did he hesitate to tell me what the bottom line price was for the vehicle I was interested in. Depending on the dealership, acquiring these two numbers can be like pulling teeth from a child who has not been sedated. Second, Chase Murphy appraised my vehicle $2,000 more than the dealership that I elected not to do business with. I know the value of my trade in before I even step foot in the dealership, So I already knew that the previous dealership appraised my vehicle $1500 below the minimum price they could have appraised my vehicle for. However, Chase gave me the maximum amount I could have received for my vehicle; by doing this, Chase immediately built trust very early on in the sales process. It was at this point, I knew I would finalize the deal with Royal Automotive. Third, not once during the sale did I feel like information was being withheld from me, nor did I feel like I was being lied to, nor did I feel like I was being ripped off. I felt confident about my salesperson (Chase Murphy), I felt confident with the Manager who helped with the deal (Micah Murphy), and I feel confident to do business with Royal Automotive the next time I need a vehicle. I'd also like to give a shout out to David Thomas who offered a helping hand on several occasions with my 2 year old daughter and my 11 month old daughter, even though he was not involved in the sale. This was just icing on the cake to make us all feel like we were at home. Lastly, I am not one to usually leave a review, whether it be positive or negative; however, the service with Royal Automotive was so exceptional that I felt compelled, no obligated, to leave a review. Royal Automotive embodies honesty and integrity, and they are one of the few dealerships left that still conducts business ethically. Royal Automotive will do what they can to maximize your trade in, and they will work with you in finding a vehicle that is suitable for you and your family. Honestly, I am astonished at the service I received from Royal Automotive. I'd like to end this review with a statement that Micah Murphy made to me in response to my satisfaction: "I just want to sell cars in the same way I would like to buy a car." Listen, if you are looking to by a car. check out inventory on Royal Automotive, and if they have a car you are interested in, then give them a chance. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

I own a "base" version of this vehicle. Base is figurative term with all ther stand features. Remote start, power everything, velvet like cloth seats, woodgrain trim and chrome. My vehicle is FWD and has zero issues performing in ther massive amounts of rain. The vehicle also supports generous ground clearance making unexpected hazards no issue. Extensive amount of storage is a bonus for active families.

My husband purchased a 2011 Infiniti QX56 and I must say I am beyond satisfied. They only had the car for 8 days before I saw it online, and although it was test-drove and checked out, whomever traded it in unpluged the battery so that the check engine light wouldn't come on for a couple of days. Well we purchased the vehicle as is no warranty. We had it for 48 hours before the check engine light came on and Donohoo Auto agreed to pick up the vehicle give us a courtesy car while they fixed our vehicle. Only for us to get the vehicle back and the check engine light came on again, and they stepped in once again. We are so appreciative for donohoo Auto and I would recommend them over anyone!!! The staff was very polite and attentive. Kathryn was such a doll, Jimmy was awesome, and Jim exceeded my expectations

After 30+ years of driving, and having made numerous vehicle purchases, I have never had a more pleasant experience than the two times I have purchased from Donohoo. They have an awesome web site that easily allows for a detailed search of their inventory. On our last visit I showed up and the car I was interested in was backed up to the the curb in front of the building as I had called ahead. After being greeted warmly by their two receptionists, and having my DL info collected, we were invited to take it for a test drive at our leisure with no other interaction from their sales staff. We took the next half hour to inspect and drive the car, and then met with a member of their sales team (Mark Hubbard) who gave us hard copies of the CarFax (also found in their web site listings) and Auto Check reports for the vehicle. All vehicles that I considered were priced very reasonably with respect to KBB Fair Purchase Price and NADA numbers. They advertise no haggle pricing, and I saw no reason to based on the research I had done. I asked for the vehicle to be put on a rack in their service department for a more thorough evaluation, and within 10 minutes I was walking underneath it with a flashlight. (NOTE: Their service department is quite clean and highly organized...pretty much what you would find at a new car dealership. Very impressive for a type A person like myself.) After about 15 - 20 to minutes to prepare the paperwork I was taken to their business manager to sign the documents and close the deal. I have never encountered another dealer that does business quite the way they do at Dononoo. My wife absolutely LOATHES car shopping as she has tagged along on too many visits to dealerships that lasted WAY too long (mostly in an attempt to pressure a sale). Her preference is for car shopping to be like dress shopping...go to the store...get directed to the appropriate department...pick out a few dresses...try them on...decide which one you like (can be more than one in dress shopping!)...head to a cashier...pay and leave. That's pretty much what you get when shopping at Donohoo. She actually enjoyed this purchase experience. That is a HUGE statement! I highly recommend Donohoo Auto if they have the make and model you are looking for!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
