John McCoy was a great salesman! He was honest, communicated well, and applied no pressure to make a decision. This dealership was the only one on Long Island that was willing to negotiate a deal on the car I purchased. Every other dealer said that they could not lower the price of the car even $1. This is the third vehicle that I purchased or leased from this dealership and I will return when I am ready for my next vehicle.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I had a great experience buying a brand new Nissan Altima from Saw Mill Auto.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

I am the proud third owner of a 1996 Buick Regal GS. My brother, the second owner, bought this car in 1998 and then sold it to me for a dollar in 2008. I have replaced several parts, including an engine, and it is still fun to drive. In case the police are reading this review, let's just say this car still likes to dance, and I don't mean anything of a waltz tempo. I realize it has over 25 years on it, but for all I know it might have 25 more. I'm not exactly thrilled with the windshield wiper setting, the exterior door handles and the antenna in icy cold weather. But what did I expect for a dollar? I will make modifications as necessary and keep driving this car until one of us can't drive any more.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.
