I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. I used the web portal to make an appointment. I chose what appeared on the screen and added main issue for vehicle service needed. When I arrived for service, it could not be completed, for I chose oil change. However, I did include the additional item for vehicle service. I had to bring the vehicle back. The service employees were accommodating and topped off the necessary fluid that was low. The website for service appointment needs to be revisited, so it reflects what, I as the customer, need to be serviced.
Great car! Great service! Great deal! Work with Kristie, she was wonderful to work with before, during and after the purchase. No hard sell, just pure information. My wife said it was "like working with her sister" (if you're wondering if that's a good or bad thing my wife gets along great with her sisters).
Even after the deal was made their service did not end there. The Boucher team made sure the car was spotless and in brand new condition before they would hand it over to us. No swap out the plates, hand us the keys and see you later. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere on the interior, there wasn't a single crumb on the floor, and it had a wax job on the exterior just for good measure (thanks Jim you did a great job). I would recommend this dealership to my best friend.
My buying experience (19 outback) was excellent and my relationship with Sommers is off to a great start. I was treated respectfully, they honored all of their promises, and were excellent communicators. I did not visit the dealer until the night I picked up the vehicle. Everything was negotiated by email until Molly, their internet sales person, called me to say she wanted my business and had the color I wanted. She matched the price of another dealer and that sealed it for me. Adam Driewer sold me the car. He communicated by text, email, phone, and set me up with 0% financing and installation of my select accessories. The best thing is that the prices matched perfectly to what Adam quoted me when I signed the paperwork at the finance office. For that reason I can recommend Sommers as a trustworthy dealership. After experiencing some bait and switches in my life, this experience was such a relief. The deal went as planned and without any issue. Their finance mangaer Matt was extremely professional and inspired confidence and trust. I was waiting for the hidden fee but there were none. 10/10
