BEST EXPERIENCE I went to the dealership (at closing time no less) just to look at the models and options expecting to get a used car at a different place. I just needed information for my decision. I even told the sales person (Danny) this and he still took the time to show me through the cars and answer all my questions. A few days later, after more shopping, and bad experiences, I went back and just bought the car new from Reynolds for just a few dollars more than everyone else was asking for used! Every single person at this dealership was courteous, polite, helpful and no nonsense which made getting the truck I wanted that much easier. From sales, (Danny), to Finance (Garrett) to parts (Maria) to service (Khris and Jack) they were all professionals and I appreciate how I was treated. I feel like I found a home for my car business. 2024 Buick Encore GX review
For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

2025 Buick Encore GX review
Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable. Thank you Obi One & Sergio! Still can't believe that car is mine!

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. Love the car..I'm a mechanic by trade and the car was actually givin to me for free because it had some engine noise due to a Walmart oil change so I just replaced the v8.didnt think I would like it as much as I do.hit a deer and just bought another for replacement parts.its dependable ok on gas considering it a V8 all wheel drive.interior is nice and roomy tows a trailer great love the air ride..one of the best Cross over suv I have ever owned.

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

2022 Buick Enclave review
The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

2004 Buick Park Avenue review
Awesome ride, good economy, seats 6, luxury leather, good in snow. You could say it is a one owner vehicle: My Dad bought it new in 2004 and drove it until he passed away in 2010. We got it in the estate with around 50,000 miles on it. My wife drove it to 116,000 and I bought her a 2017 Buick Enclave AWD for our anniversary and to take us, our daughter and her family to the Oregon/Washington Coast. I parked my 2007 GMC SLE 2500HD truck and started driving it. Great ride, better gas mileage, and leather seats!! I just don't need 3 vehicles for the 2 of us. This car averaged about 600 to 700 miles a month and has been maintained every 3,000 miles since we've had it and Axtel's in Logan maintained it for dad. I hope whoever gets can enjoy and appreciate it as much as we have.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor.
