I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.

Best space among these suvs. Nice powerful car. Lots of space. Very good at the freeway, a little bit expensive for gas, little space on the back.
I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Service Manager, Chett Boschele, from my initial call to the time arrived was cordial, patient with answering my questions and very informative. The shuttle driver (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was friendly and fun to converse with during my ride to and from work! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. I will definitely utilize your services in the future as needed.

There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. We just purchased this car and really love it. Comfort, style and classy! I would recommend this car to anyone. A little pricey but seems worth the money.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
They fixed my AC compressor within 24 hrs even after having to order the part.
They supplied me with a loaner car as well.
They are very pleasant to work with and would highly recommend them.

Mr. Frank Benitez was our sales associate and we told him that we did not want to do the back and forth sales dance that usually occurs at other dealerships. Mr. Benitez went to the sales manager only once and the deal was done. This was one of the fastest sales experiences for a new SUV. The finance department was fast, and explained everything well. I highly recommend Parks Chevrolet and Mr. Benitez when looking for a new vehicle.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
I had a great experience shopping and buying a car from this dealership. Joseph helped me with any questions or concerns. He was never pushy. He went above and beyond. I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. I ended up driving several of their other cars and decided on something completely different. The buying process took less than 30 mins. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. Everything about this car is what someone of my age could want, it drives like a dream, is easy to park and I love the way it looks.
I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless. Tight quiet ride. 6 speed manual takes the boredom out. 270 HP has decent acceleration. Nice amenities. Very nice leather seats. Great sound system. Pretty good fuel economy.
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience

Bought this car 9 months ago and I love it. It’s fully loaded and drives like a dream. Love the features and all the bells and whistles. This is a great car and I’m going to enjoy owning it.
We traveled from Asheville to Hickory to look for a car, and so happy we did. We hate car shopping but this was the best experience. Our salesman, Justin Parker was incredible and he was so helpful and not pushy. We will happily make the trip to Hickory for any further car needs.

The car provides smooth acceleration and precise response. The interior is comfortable and provides sufficient leg room in the front and back even for tall passengers.
Bought a 2018 Equinox LT AWD. Was told it had fog lights ( looked like it did) Only to realize when I needed them later on that they weren’t there.... still waiting for a response from the sales manager And the sales person who sold the car to me. Both tried to tell me at first that the head lights are HID and are replacing fog lights.... I wanted fog lights and i wouldn’t have bought the car without them. I’m very disappointed that the communication (via phone/ text) went just silent without any resolution from either employee of this dealership. I do find this rather unprofessional. I do like the car, but it’s not complete.

Drives and Rides very smooth and comfortable. Beautiful exterior/interior. This vehicle has all the bell and whistles where technology is concerned. I would highly recommend others to purchase a Buick Regal.
