I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I can not say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff at this dealership.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! I had a 2015 Nissan Rogue S AWD that I loved, but sadly, it was involved in a accident on January 9th, 2026, bought my car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in 2022, it was declared a total loss, so I got a settlement payment and went looking for a car and noticed that Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls was selling a Hyundai Kona for a decent, and I contacted my previous salesperson, Michael Baldwin, because he gave the best customer service and helped me out the best to find me a car, he was able to help me with the test drive of the 2023 Hyundai Kona I saw, was very professional and very communicative, gave me a CarFax report, it had a very minor car accident, but me and Michael, the salesperson, looked at the car and said it looks like it was very minor, taken care of and never affected the engine or the drive, the Hyundai Kona drove like a new car, like if it was never in a minor accident, he explained well on the Hyundai warranty left, explained about the extended warranty Option, and Gap insurance, and said that I would have to to talk to the finance manager, to do all the signing and see if I can get any lower on the price or deal on the extended warranty after the Hyundai warranty expires, which still had 5 years or 100,000 mile warranty left and I was very appreciative of Michael Baldwin's help, the Finance person was a different story, he wasn't able to lower the price of the vehicle and should have since they were selling the car at a high Kelly Blue Book asking price, even with minor damage reported, but was repaired, by previous owner, which he should have lower the price by $1,000, but didn't, but gave me a discount on yhe extended warranty and Gap insurance, so, I g a ve Michael Baldwin a A+ for a great job of his part and a C+ for the Finance person who I dealt with to sign for the car, he did give me a good interest rate, I highly recommend talking to Michael Baldwin if you want to look at a car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, he's the best!🚙👍☺️

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

I went in looking for a new vehicle from this dealership and wasn't very prepared for the buying process. The staff helped me and was super informative. They helped me decide on the direction I wanted to go with a vehicle and figured out all of the options I wanted. At the end of the day I did not buy a car from them but regardless they helped me and were friendly anyway.

This is my dream car ! I love the leather interior, the color inside an out! The heated seats! The smooth ride! I also got the lex protection an love it!! I highly recommend this car an the service department. Great people!

Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Everyone is always super friendly. I definitely recommend their service department.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.
