The vehicle was even cleaner than described which truly exceeded my expectations. The photos and description were accurate and there were no surprises when the car arrived. If anything it looked better in person. That alone says a lot about the integrity of this dealership. Kacper went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was extremely responsive answered every question thoroughly and kept me informed at every step. He made sure all the paperwork and details were handled properly which made buying from out of state feel just as easy as buying locally. I absolutely love my BMW X5 and could not be happier with the purchase. It drives great and was clearly well cared for. It is clear that Carena Motors takes pride in their vehicles and in how they treat their customers.
