I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. 2013 Buick LaCrosse review
My Lacrosse has been a great car. Only complaint I have is the interior visor had broken and I had it replaced with a new one and the new one has broken. It does not stay up. It just dangles both visors. Also, at the same time of the first visor the trim around the cup holder came off and I could not get it back on, so I got a new one and now the new one had broken. Beside the interior the car has been a great car. Very reliable.

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Best car I have ever owned. Bought it used in 2020 with 19k on it. I now have 54k on it. This car has not had one problem. I have averaged 26.8 mpg over the last 35,000 miles and I can get 35 to 38 mpg on highway trips. This is from a 310 HP V-6 that will scream when you need it. Impressive. These new Turbo 4 cylinders can't touch the smoothness, the power or the efficiency of this engine. At 50mph if you step on the throttle it puts your back against the seat and sprints to 100 mph in a blink. I have forgotten to shut off the engine a couple times as I was leaving the car. The thing is whisper quiet when idling or at 80 mph. 8 years old and still tight all around. This is truly an amazing car.

They made the whole purchasing process easy. It’s been a year since I purchased my vehicle and I’ve been very happy with it.
2008 Buick Lucerne review
I bought my 2008 Buick Lucerne CX in 2015. It had 50,000 miles. It now has 162,000 in 2026. I have had the usual repair issues, nothing significant and nothing with motor or transmission. I did have to replace the fuel filter (in the gas tank) and a battery module of some sort under the back seat which together cost me about $700 but nothing else major. It is very comfortable and very dependable. I change the oil regularly and take care of any maintenance as needed. I have been very satisfied with it. It still runs great. I get about 28 mpg on the road and 22 in town.

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
I have had my Buick Lacrosse Premium 2 car since March 2017 It is a great car. the only problem I have had was the first week I owned it. since then I have driven close to 99,000 miles and no issues after the warranty ran out. I did have a power window motor go out but it was fixed under warranty. I average 30.3 MPG driving 9,350 miles during a 2.50 month trip out west last fall. The car was perfect. The new michelin tiers did great. Too bad Buick opted for some really ugly cars for 2025. The enclave has a 2.5 and its gas mileage and power are horrible. It looks like they made it ugly and less streamlined than before. The hood is horrible. I was a Buick owner of 4 cars. Now because they had terrible designers. I have to move on. If you cannot tell, I love the old 6 cylinder. I at 25mpg on the road and loved its power when needed. I was a great looking SUV back in 2011.

2009 Buick Lucerne review
This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

2012 Buick LaCrosse review
I bought my 2012 used few years ago and totally love the car. Very comfortable quiet and smooth with great fuel mileage for a pretty powerful V-6 Engine. Have most all the maintenance records and it's been very well maintained. Plan on getting transmission serviced soon as it's got 82K on it and don't see transmission serviced yet. Transmission still shifts very well but want to keep it serviced well.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

2016 Buick Verano review
I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

I just had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Kia K5 GT from Medina Auto Mall. A huge shoutout to Joseph Strasz, who was exceptional throughout. He was straightforward, flexible, and very knowledgeable about the car. I had plenty of concerns and questions (I’m that type of guy), and he patiently addressed every single one. He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I also want to mention that the entire team was helpful and chill. They laid out all my options clearly, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need - whether in sales or finance. On top of getting a great deal and financing, they even delivered my car to my home, 90 minutes away. They offered this service, all I had to say yes. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Medina Auto Mall and Joseph Strasz. 2013 Buick Verano review
I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!

2016 Buick LaCrosse review
This car feels like experiencing a level of driving that no mortal was supposed to feel. Truly a divine car. Must say two deer at once is not good news for it though :( I miss mine so much, definitely the best sedan I’ve ever owned. It’s not even close

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Just bought this car under 2 months ago, with 40,000 miles on it. Traded in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It has many more safety and comfort features than the Chevy...still learning how to use them all! Very pleased overall so far.
