What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

I just wish they opened on the weekend so I can schedule my next change of oil during my free time and use my PTO for something different.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

The service department is amazing and I mean amazing. I had new more aggressive tires put on my new vehicle a few days after purchase and the service department made me feel like I was with family. Tonya and her staff were incredible at making us feel at home, updated on vehicle and comfortable. Tonya even offered for us to use her personal vehicle because there we no loners available. The parts department staff was amazing too, they genuinely tried to help us and make us feel comfortable. We were offered snacks and drinks multiple times. Simply amazing. Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

The sales clerk I spoke with was an xxx hole that has not been trained in sales. If he had been a somewhat professional individual I would have purchased the car. I bought the exact same car from another dealer and am giving you the worst rating possible!

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

We were looking at convertibles and the Buick Cascada checks all the the boxes. Great car for the money. Sharp, sporty, comfortable and drives very smooth.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

The root cause of the problem my car was having was found quickly. Service manager kept me informed of.progress. Repair finished ahead of promised time. This is not the dealer nearest me and it is worth going a bit further for trustworthy service.

Devin Wolfe the service advisor let me know I had a front rotor going bad and worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my work schedule. I mentioned I had been going through a lot trying to get my real tags on my car and was quickly approaching my second extension. Not only did they help me get my new tags the very same day, Devin went above and beyond to also give me a discount on the service of my vehicle! Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Bought this car after my wife said she missed her old Solara convertible. She loves it. Drives well. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint so far is that the trunk is small—and with the top down it’s almost non-existent. Her golf clubs ride in the front seat. We’ve only had it two weeks, so can’t comment meaningfully on reliability. But she loves it.
