Serra Auto Campus review
I am a widow who does not know much about cars—they were my under husband’s purview. I have so valued the consistent, reliable, competent, efficient service from Serra Mercedes. Most recently, Ken who was my service rep and Austyn was my service tech. They both hit the ball out of the park. They educated me, made suggestions, and outlined options…..and then enacted our agreements in a professional and timely manner. And both were superbly kind.
2024 Buick Envision review
This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

As always, we got excellent service for our oil change, tire rotation, and full check-up on our 2023 Corolla hybrid. We love our car and trust Spartan to take good care of it.
2024 Buick Encore GX review
For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Shaheen ChevroletReviews
Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!
2021 Buick Encore GX review
I wasn’t too sure about it when I bought it as some reviews I had seen weren’t very good, but certain years did/do have issues. I checked and the 2021 does not. But for being a compact SUV I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely love this little car.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

2023 Buick Encore GX review
Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

I like everything about this place? From the check-in, to the video, to the service and to the cleanliness of the waiting area. I really appreciate the fact that they don?t try to find something wrong with your car and make it cost more money.
2026 Buick Encore GX review
My husband and I are old. We wanted to get a smaller vehicle and the Encore GX fit the bill. It is roomy, has cool electronics, and great gas mileage. If there is a negative, the GX part made our insurance go up. But the insurance industry sucks so they would have raised our rates no matter what car we purchased and we have never had an accident. The agent we talked to advised us to take safe drivers tests. My husband was in law enforcement for thirty years so he has had plenty of safe driving. Our son is 6’3” 225 and had plenty of room in this car. Y’all need to test drive one of these cars, y’all will love it! really like this Encore GX

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Crippen GMC Mazda Volvo review
I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.
2026 Buick Enclave review
We bought this car new and have had it for about a month now, so I can’t speak to the reliability yet. Hit the 3,000 mile mark yesterday. We took a short trip of 240 miles, and one long trip of 904 miles. The car performed perfectly and the super cruise was fantastic as we used it appropriately 80% of the time on our long trip. Our shorter trip (240 miles) yielded 27.4 mpg. The longer trip 26.6 mpg. Combined highway and city driving to date is at 24.6. I don’t mind the 2.5 liter turbo 4 as much as I thought I would. Loving the ride and comfort especially on the longer trip. This is our third Enclave and so far we are really enjoying it. Long term reliability is yet to be determined.

We received excellent customer service. Our salesman, Logan Willbanks was outstanding. The entire car buying process can be stressful, not this time. Logan was extremely helpful and made the process easy.
2020 Buick Enclave review
I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

It was my fault for not checking the tires before I signed the contract. Even though I returned to the dealership with my concerns about the tires on my truck?s condition and the service manager gave me 50%off a set of four tires saving me about $645 and that?s what I call great service after the fact.

Fastest oil change I ever had. More words for the 25 minimum that this survey requires for some strange reason. This is finally twenty five words I hope.
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

I had a great experience at Heritage Chevrolet. Kris Foote answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would encourage you to consider Heritage Chevrolet when purchasing a vehicle.

I came from Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and The experience that I had with Shaheen was very personal and professional everyone there treated you like a human human being. all very friendly. I would like to give a big praise and shout out to Carl the manager and especially Zach Lorraine who went way above and over the top to satisfy and accommodate me I really appreciate their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I am very sorry that it took me so long to do this survey, but it was well deserved.
2017 Buick Envision review
For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Sawyers Chevrolet review
This is a GREAT dealership to buy a car from. My family and I over the last 15 or so years has purchased 14 cars here, both new and used. Got my latest as a single woman, never felt pressured or that I was getting the runaround. Ben was my salesman, listened to what I wanted, and it worked out perfectly. Robert Sawyers is super friendly and approachable. He learned the car business very well from his daddy. If you're looking for a car, get on up there!
2023 Buick Enclave review
Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended

2024 Buick Envista review
Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

2024 Buick Enclave review
This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!
