Having purchased numerous vehicles and having them serviced over the past 20 years I can speak to quality of service Bob Karls provides. The service is always always friendly and competent where the mechanics are not satisfied until they get the repair right. The fact that most of the employees have been with Bob for many years speaks to the quality of the operation and has enabled them to form a bond with their customers whom they genuinely care about! It's a rare business in today's world, almost like business from a bygone era. Can't recommend it highly enough!

This car has every option I ever need, plus more than that. I don't need to put the seat so close to the steering wheel to see over the front end, as I've done in other cars. Because of that, the ride is very comfortable. It rides like a champ.
My visit to Northeast Acura was a first, not having purchased an Acura in the past. The salesperson, Emily Famulare, greeted me with a smile, and proceeded to explain the workings of the RDX, went over my many questions with precise answers, pointing out features that made me decide to purchase. The test drive really "sealed the deal" for me. Throughout the rest of the process, Emily, and other associates, acted professionally, courteously, in a warm, friendly manner. Five stars to Northeast Acura!

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
Damien was so helpful in every aspect of the buying process. This is my second car and first time buying one (first one was grandparents car ) He was so professional, very easy going, made us feel welcomed, and did not pressure us about anything. He worked fast so we weren???t stuck there for hours like everyone has to be prepared for. He worked with us, always communicated with what was happening, where we were in the process , and answered any and all questions. The finance guy, Alvin was also amazing. He also didn???t pressure us into anything and he moved quick with all the papers, answered any financial questions we had, and is so personable. A great person to have in the finance department. Drives and Rides very smooth and comfortable. Beautiful exterior/interior. This vehicle has all the bell and whistles where technology is concerned. I would highly recommend others to purchase a Buick Regal.
There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
I counted on the previous reviews when first going into this dealership. I am very happy to say that I will be continuing my business with Wedekind! The day I went in to meet with salesman Felice, him and the rest of his team were a great weight lifted off my shoulders. Everyone in the facility worked as hard as they could to make sure I left in a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. What only made it better is that it was the exact car I wanted and they worked with me on the payments to get me where I wanted to be. I would and do recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you again Felice and the rest of the team for all the amazing work.

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair
Brad and Larry are consistently helpful, consultative and realistic about repairs and repair time. They pay attention to everything you ask to be done and are very responsive. Great customer service from this department always. They keep me coming back.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I have been a customer at Mangino's for nearly 20 years now. This place is the absolute best around. Nicest people in the car business you'd ever want to meet. Ralph Mangino Jr is a class act and has always treated me with the utmost respect. Same for the service department led by Mike Howell.
Had car serviced yesterday and picked it up this morning. One of the new service advisors named Brian took care of me and provided great service. He went over the bill in detail with me to show what was done in spite of the service area being busy on a Saturday morning.
Facility is absolutely beautiful and the people who work there make any experience at Mangino's a pleasant one. I won't buy or service a vehicle anywhere else and will continue to be a loyal customer until I retire in 13 years and move out of state.
I encourage anyone who reads this to give them a try if you haven't done so already. You will NOT be disappointed !!!!
Buick doesn’t back their product

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Ralph, Jr has maintained the dignity of the dealership that his father built. Both he and his sisters manage their dealerships with integrity, honesty, and friendliness. I don't see myself doing my auto business anywhere else.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
My truck was towed in non running...repair was done promptly. Truck has run great now.
